   selective simple solid phase extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography determination of repaglinide by functionalized sba-15 nanoadsorbent

چکیده    The straightforward solid-phase extraction (spe) approach coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (hplc) was studied for its potential use in the measurement of low-concentration levels of repaglinide (rep), a common anti-diabetic medicine. in this study, we successfully synthesized nanoparticles of phenyl-functionalized sba-15 (referred to as sba-15-ph) and used them as an intelligent adsorbent to capture rep in certain biological samples. some characterization and verification methods were used to outline the mesoporous silica nanoparticles; these methods included fourier transform infrared (ft-ir) spectroscopy, small-angle x-ray diffraction (saxrd), scanning electron microscopy (sem), and n2 adsorption/desorption studies. the results showed that the phenyl functional groups were well absorbed into the surface of sba-15 and that the as-made products exhibited hexagonal mesostructures. significant merit values were also achieved, including a linear range spanning from 2.0 to 500 ng/ml, exhibiting a high correlation coefficient (r2) of 0.9947, and demonstrating a limit of detection as low as 0.68 ng/ml. repaglinide samples were quickly cleaned up and enriched using the suggested approach for chromatographic analysis, demonstrating the method’s efficacy.
