اجتماعی‌شدن زنان در عصر پهلوی؛ امکان یا امتناع(1304-1332ش)

یکی از برنامه های حکومت پهلوی اول و طراحان اصلاحات عصر وی، تلاش برای ایجاد پاره ای از تغییرات اجتماعی براساس الگوی جوامع غربی بود. یکی از این اقدامات، تغییر سبک زندگی اجتماعی و فرهنگی زنان بود که از مظاهر مدرن سازی حکومت تلقی می شد. براین اساس، تلاش شد تا در نگرش جامعه نسبت به حضور زنان در سطوح مختلف اجتماع تغییر و تحولاتی ایجاد شود. بدین منظور، مسائلی در آموزش زنان مطرح شد و تلاش هایی در شکل اصلاحات حکومتی برای ورود زنان به عرصه های اجتماعی به کار بسته شد که غالباً بدون توجه به واقعیت های موجود جامعه ی ایرانی و براساس مدل جوامع مغرب زمین طراحی و به اجراء گذاشته شد. در این جستار، به روش توصیفی– تحلیلی، مساله ی امکان یا امتناع اجتماعی شدن زنان در عصر پهلوی، براساس اصلاحات و اقدامات حکومتی درباره ی زنان بررسی شده است. یافته ی پژوهش نشان داده که نگرش جامعه به تحولات آموزشی و مساله ی اجتماعی شدن زنان کمتر امکان وقوع یافته است و این اقدامات در حدّ انتظار نتوانست شرایط مساعد و امکاناتی برای حضور زنان در عرصه ی اجتماعی فراهم سازد و یا در نگرش جامعه نسبت به ورود زنان به این عرصه تغییرات جدی پدید آورد.

The Socialization of women in the Pahlavi era, Possibility or refusal (1925- 1953)

One of plans the Pahlavi I government and his era’s reformers, attempt was to create some social change based the pattern of western societies. One of these actions was the change in the social and cultural lifestyle of women which was regarded as a sign of the modernization of the state. Based on this, efforts were made to create a change in society’s attitude towards the presence of women at different levels of society. Therefore, Issues in women’s education were considered and attempts made to government reforms to entry women to the social arenas, which designed and implemented often without regard to the existing realities of the Iranian society. In this research, in a descriptiveanalytical manner, the issue of the possibility or refusal of the socialization of women in Pahlavi era, studied based on government reforms and measures on women. The findings of this study showed that the society’s attitude towards educational developments and the socialization issue of women is less likely and these measures were not expected to provide favorable conditions for the presence of women in the social arena or In society’s attitude about the entry of women in this are no made serious changes.
