روایی و پایایی نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ مشکلات سلامت مرکز تحقیقات آسیب‌های ورزشی اسلو (Ostrc)

پرسشنامۀ مشکلات سلامتostrc تاکنون به زبان‌های نروژی، دانمارکی و سوئدی ترجمه شده است و با توجه به نبود پرسشنامه‌ای مشابه در ایران و ضرورت استفاده از ابزارهای نوین و معتبر در حیطۀ همه‌گیرشناسی ورزشی، بومی‌سازی و بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخۀ فارسی این پرسشنامه به‌عنوان هدف این تحقیق در نظر گرفته شد. با استفاده از روش ترجمهبازترجمه، اصلاحات لازم انجام و فرم نهایی پرسشنامه تهیه شد. به‌منظور تعیین روایی محتوا، از دو روش cvi و cvr، برای تعیین میزان پایایی، از آزمون همسانی درونی (آلفا کرونباخ)، به‌منظور ارزیابی پایایی آزمونآزمون مجدد استفاده شد. برای بررسی پایایی سوال‌های دیگر تحقیق از آزمون ناپارامتریک ضریب توافق کاپا استفاده شد. نتایج cvi حاکی از آن بود که تمامی سوالات دارای نمرۀ cvi بالاتر از 0.79 (در مقیاس ارتباط 0.92، وضوح 0.98؛ سادگی 0.99 و ابهام 0.94) بودند. شایان ذکر است متوسط شاخص روایی محتوا (s-cvi/ave) پرسشنامه 0.95 بود (0.185). آنالیز آماری نشان داد که همسانی درونی 4 سوال ابتدایی پرسشنامه دارای آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0.89 است. ضریب توافق کاپا (0.001=p) نیز 0.71 تا 0.81 به‌دست آمد. در نهایت با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر، پرسشنامۀ مشکلات سلامت مرکز تحقیقات آسیب‌های ورزشی اسلو نشان از ظهور روشی جدید در ثبت انواع مشکلات سلامت در ورزش دارد، به‌طوری‌که این روش در پایش و ثبت آسیب‌های حاد، آسیب‌های مزمن و همچنین بیماری در جمعیت ورزشکار پایا و معتبر است.

Validity and Reliability of the Persian Version of Oslo Sport Trauma Research Center Questionnaire on Health Problems (OSTRC)

OSTRC questionnaire on health problems has been translated to Norwegian, Danish and Swedish. Due to the lack of similar questionnaires in Iran and the necessity to use innovative and reliable tools in sport epidemiology, localization and investigation of validity and reliability of the Persian version of this questionnaire was the aim of this study. The necessary modifications were conducted and the final form of the questionnaires was prepared using translationbacktranslation method. CVR and CVI methods were used to determine content validity, internal consistency (Cronbach alpha) was used to determine reliability and testretest method was used to evaluate reliability. Kappa agreement coefficient nonparametric test was also used to assess the reliability of other items of the questionnaire. CVI results showed that all items had CVI scores greater than 0.79 (relevance 0.92, clarity 0.98, simplicity 0.99 and ambiguity 0.94). SCVI/Ave of the questionnaire was 0.95 (0.851). Statistical analysis showed that first four items had internal consistency of 0.89. Kappa agreement coefficient was 0.71 to 0.81 (P=0.001). Finally, according to these findings, OSTRC questionnaire on health problems showed the emergence of a new method to record a variety of health problems in sport. So this method is reliable and valid when monitoring and recording acute injuries, chronic injuries as well as diseases in athlete population.
