مستندات قرآنی عدم مذاکره با آمریکا در بیانیه گام دوم

یکی از چالش‌برانگیزترین مسائل مطرح‌شده در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (دامت برکاته) مذاکره با آمریکا است. ایشان با در نظر گرفتن اقتضائات امت اسلامی نسبت به مذاکره خوش‌بین نبوده و در بسیاری از موارد تصریح نمودند که به دلایل مختلف ازجمله عدم پایبندی آمریکا به تعهداتش مذاکره با او انجام نشود. با توجه به اینکه مذاکره و عدم مذاکره با آمریکا آثار و پیامدهای فراوانی برای جامعه اسلامی دارد، لازم است که مستندات قرآنی مخالفت رهبری دراین‌باره با تاکید بر دیدگاه مستشرقان آمریکایی موردبحث و بررسی قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با تمسک به آیات قرآن و مراجعه به بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (دامت برکاته) و دیدگاه مستشرقان آمریکایی، مسئله یادشده را مورد تجزیه ‌ و تحلیل قرار داده است. یافته‌ها حکایت از آن دارد که علت مخالفت رهبری به خاطر آن بوده است که آمریکا و برخی از مستشرقان در مقام نظر و عمل طی سالیان ممتد نشان داده‌اند که خوی استکباری داشته و پایبند تعهداتشان نیستند. درنتیجه بدعهدی، بی‌اعتمادی، تهدید علیه امنیت ملی، فشار حداکثری از پیامدهای مذاکره بی‌قیدوشرط با چنین دشمنان عنود و لجوج خواهد بود. همچنین کلام و حی نیز تصریح دارد که مسلمانان حق ندارند، در برابر چنین دشمنانی عقب‌نشینی کنند، بلکه باید در برابر زیاده‌خواهی آنان ایستاده و مقابله کنند و از هر نوع وابستگی به آن‌ها اجتناب و جهت دفاع از مظلومان قیام کنند تا موجب رعب و وحشت آنان در تمام عرصه‌ها شوند.

The Quranic Documents of NonNegotiation with the United States in the Declaration of the Second Step

One of the most challenging issues raised by the Supreme Leader is the negotiation with the United States. He was not optimistic about the negotiations, considering the requirements of the Islamic Ummah, and in many cases stated that negotiations should not be held with US for various reasons, including the noncompliance of the United States with its obligations. Given that negotiation and nonnegotiation with the United States have farreaching implications for Islamic society, it is necessary to discuss the Quranic documentation of the Leader’s opposition in this regard, emphasizing the views of American Orientalists. The present study has analyzed the mentioned issue using descriptiveanalytical method and referring to the verses of the Quran and referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader and the views of American Orientalists. The findings suggest that the reason for the Leader’s opposition was that the United States and some of its Orientalists have shown over the years that they are arrogant and do not stand with their commitments. As a result, notfulfilling promise, distrust, threats to national security, and maximum pressure will be the consequences of unconditional negotiations with such stubborn enemies. The revelatory word also states that Muslims have no right to retreat in the face of such enemies, but must stand up to their extravagance and avoid any dependence on them, and rise up to defend the oppressed in order to intimidate them in all areas
