Finite Difference Methods for a Class of Two-Point Boundary Value Problems

In this paper, we obtained three different methods oforder two four and six, for solution ofa class offourth order two-point boundary value problems. we developed the three boundary formulas of second fourth and sixth order. the convergence of second order method is proved without assuming that the arising system of linear equation to be monotone, so that the restriction on the choice of the function f ( x) in (1) have been relaxed and is needed to be nonnegative on [a,b] only. two examples are solved and results are tabulated and compared with [10] to show the accuracy ofpresented methods.
