بررسی نیاز سنجی فرهنگی دانشجویان بین الملل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

سنجش و بررسی نیازهای فرهنگی گامی اساسی در جهت برنامه ریزی توسعۀ فرهنگی، تحقق عدالت و بهبود روابط اجتماعی به شمار می آید. از این رو، با توجه به اهمیت گام برداشتن و برنامه ریزی جهت گسترش فرهنگ غنی ایرانی- اسلامی در دانشجویان بین الملل،  شناسایی اولویت های فرهنگی دانشجویان بین الملل در برنامه ریزی فرهنگی مناسب حائز اهمیت است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اولویت ها و نیازهای فرهنگی دانشجویان بین الملل می پردازد. بدین منظور130 دانشجوی بین الملل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (پایایی0.874)، متشکل از چهار بخش (بررسی ابزارهای مورد نیاز جهت آشنایی بهتر با فرهنگ ایرانی - اسلامی، نیازهای دانشجویان غیرایرانی در بدو ورد به ایران، نیازهای فرهنگی پس از ورود به ایران و علاقه مندی در دوره های فرهنگی) و 65 گویه پاسخ دادند. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس.پی. اس تحلیل شد. جهت بررسی اولویت های فرهنگی در بخش ابزار از آزمون دو جمله ای، در بخش های  نیازها در بدو ورود به ایران، نیازهای فرهنگی پس از ورود و علاقه مندی شرکت در دوره های آموزشی از آزمون کای دو، استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که بازدید از مراکز فرهنگی دارای بالاترین فراوانی انتخاب به عنوان ابزاری بهتر برای آشنایی با  فرهنگ ایرانی بوده است، بالاترین نیاز در بدو ورد به ایرانآشنایی با  دانشگاه و امکانات آنبوده است. همچنین زبان فارسی اولین اولویت نیاز فرهنگی دانشجویان غیر ایرانی است و  نیز بالاترین شاخص‌های علاقه مندی به شرکت در دوره های آموزشی را نشان می دهد.

evaluating the cultural assessment needs of international students of tehran university of medical sciences

assessing cultural needs is an essential step towards planning cultural development, achieving justice, and improving social relationships of an institution. therefore, considering the importance of taking steps to extend the rich iranian-islamic culture to international students, it is important to identify the cultural priorities of international students for appropriate cultural planning.the present study examines the cultural priorities and needs of international students to gain a better understanding of how international student can acclimatize to iranian-islamic culture, while embarking on their studies. for this purpose, 130 international students of tehran university of medical sciences used a researcher-made questionnaire (reliability 0.874). the questionnaire consisted of 65 items and was categorized into four major sections including review of tools needed to better understand iranian-islamic culture, the needs of international students upon arrival to iran, the cultural needs after entry into iran and international student’s interest in cultural related courses. in order to examine the cultural priorities in the various sections, a binomial test was used. in the sections on needs upon arrival in iran, cultural needs after arrival and interest in participating in training courses, the chi-square test was used. the data was analyzed using spss software. the results showed that visiting cultural centers had the highest frequency of selection as a better tool to get acquainted with iranian culture. the highest need in iran at the upon arrival was familiarity with the university and its facilities. moreover, studying persian language was the first priority of the cultural needs of international students and also showed the highest indicators of interest in participating in training courses.
