جنسیت و آموزش؛ رویکرد نظام‌های آموزش عمومی به موضوع جنسیت

موضوع جنسیت و ملاحظات برخاسته از آن در حوزه سیاست‌گذاری آموزشی، مسائل مشترکی را صرف‌نظر از تفاوت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی در نظام های آموزشی ایجاد نموده است. مسائلی که شناخت و تبیین نقاط اشتراک و تفاوت آن‌ها می‌تواند ما را در فهم بهتر دامنه مسائل مرتبط با موضوع جنسیت و آموزش و سیاست‌گذاری مطلوب یاری نماید. پژوهش کیفی حاضر با هدف شناسایی ماهیت مسائل حاکم بر رابطه میان موضوع جنسیت و آموزش با استفاده از روش مرور نظام مند و تحلیل استنتاجی انجام شده است. در این فرایند ضمن ارزیابی مقالات و پژوهش‌های داخلی و خارجی مرتبط با موضوع جنسیت و آموزش در پایگاه های معتبر اطلاعات علمی 39 منبع فارسی و انگلیسی در سه محور شناسایی ابعاد، بسترها و سطوح مسئله جنسیت و آموزش در مرحله نهایی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که چالش اصلی نظام‌های آموزشی در کشورهای غربی در سطح ساختارهای آموزشی و متاثر از موضوع رد یا توجیه تفکیک جنسیتی بوده درحالی‌که در کشور ایران، چالش اصلی ملاحظات جنسیتی، در سطح برنامه درسی است. علاوه بر این به نظر می رسد نقطه اشتراک مسائل این حوزه در تمام نظام های آموزشی موضوع اعتبارتفاوت های جنس/جنسیتی متاثر از مبانی انسان شناسی است که رویکرد آن نظام را نسبت به موضوع جنسیت و ملاحظات برخاسته از آن تبیین می نماید.

gender and education; the approach of public education systems to the issue of gender

the issue of gender and the resulting considerations in the field of educational policy-making have created common issues regardless of cultural and social differences in educational systems. issues that identify and explain commonalities and differences can help us better understand the scope of issues related to gender and education and policy making. the present qualitative research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the nature of the issues governing the relationship between gender and education using systematic review. in this process, while evaluating domestic and foreign articles and researches related to gender and education in valid scientific databases, 39 persian and english sources in three axes of identifying the dimensions, contexts and levels of gender and education in the final stage are analyzed. the results of this study indicate that the main challenge of educational systems in western countries is at the level of educational structures and is influenced by the issue of rejecting or justifying gender segregation, while in iran, the main challenge of gender considerations is at the curriculum level. in addition, it seems that the common ground of issues in this field in all educational systems is the issue of gender / gender differences influenced by anthropological principles, which explains the approach of that system to the issue of gender and the considerations arising from it.
