طراحی مدل ارتقای سواد فرهنگی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (مورد مطالعه: واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران)

از کارکردهای مهم دانشگاه به عنوان جزء موثری از نظام تعلیم و تربیت، آموزش سواد فرهنگی به دانشگاهیان است. در ایران اگرچه موضوع ضعف سواد فرهنگی مطرح است، الگوی مشخصی برای ارتقای آن وجود ندارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل سواد فرهنگی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (مورد مطالعه: واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران) صورت‌گرفت. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای (سندکاوی) و روش میدانی (مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختارمند) استفاده شد. برمبنای روش داده‌بنیاد، پس از احصای شرایط علّی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها، کشف ارتباط بین مقوله‌ها و شناسایی مقولۀ مرکزی، مدل سواد فرهنگی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با نگاهی همه‌جانبه‌نگر در پنج محور شرایط علّی («توجه به مراحل شکل‌گیری رفتار» و ، «لزوم بازشناسی و مهندسی مجدد ریشه‌های موثر در سواد فرهنگی»)، شرایط زمینه‌ای («اهمیت توجه به همه ارکان دانشگاه»، «لزوم توجه به انگیزه، اعتماد و مشارکت دانشگاهیان»، و «نگاه مبتنی بر اصول برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، رهبری و کنترل»)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (« فاصله‌گرفتن دانشگاه از رسالت آموزشی و تربیتی خود » و « عیوب و اختلالات سیستمی »)، راهبردها («پرداختن به تمام مولفه‌های سواد فرهنگی»، «مهارت‌افزایی»، «بهره‌گیری از روش‌های مناسب آموزش سواد فرهنگی» ، «ایجاد مدیریت تخصصی و یکپارچه در دانشگاه»)، و پیامدها («تولید و ترویج سواد فرهنگی از دانشگاه به جامعه»، «پیشگیری از ایجاد انواع بحران‌ها»، «تقویت هم‌گرایی، وحدت و فرهنگ ملی تداوم‌یافته»، «پیشگیری و درمان مشکلات و ناهنجاری‌های فرهنگی»)، ترسیم گردید. چنانچه سواد فرهنگی با نگرشی علمی و سیستمی و برای لایه‌های فکری، گرایشی، انگیزشی و کنش‌گری جامعۀ دانشگاهی لحاظ‌ نظر قرار گیرد، می‌تواند در رفع بسیاری از نیازهای دانشگاهیان موثر باشد.

Designing a Model for Cultural Literacy in the Islamic Azad University (Case Study: Science and Research Branch, Tehran)

This study aims to design a model for cultural literacy in the Islamic Azad University (Case study: Tehran Science and Research Branch). This research is applied, in terms of purpose, and qualitative and datadriven, in terms of empirics. To collect our data, we used desk research (document mining) and field research (semistructured interview). To analyze our data, we used a coding method, based on the systematic design of the grounded data theory. The findings of this study are as follows: causal conditions (attention to the stages of behavior formation, and the need to recognize and reengineer effective roots of cultural literacy), contextual conditions (the importance of paying attention to all elements of academia, the need to pay attention to motivation, trust and participation of academics, and following an approach that is based on principles of planning, organization, leadership and control), intervening conditions (a transition of academia away from its educational mission and systemic defects), strategies (addressing all components of cultural literacy, skills development, utilizing appropriate methods of teaching cultural literacy, creating a professional and integrated administrative platform in the university), consequences (development of cultural literacy in the university and its transmission to the society, prevention of many crises, strengthening integration, unity and attaining a persistent national culture, prevention and treatment of cultural anomalies). The results showed that, through paying attention to the various dimensions of causal, contextual, intervening conditions as well as strategies and consequences, it is possible to develop and improve cultural literacy in the university.
