طراحی الگوی فرهنگ دانشگاهی برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان اصفهان

این تحقیق با هدف طراحی الگوی فرهنگ دانشگاهی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد و از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته متوالی است که در دو بخش کیفی و کمی صورت گرفت. در بخش کیفی از روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد و با انتخاب 16 نفر از اساتید هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اصفهان به روش گلوله برفی انجام شد و تا اشباع کامل ادامه یافت و ابعاد و مولفه‌های فرهنگ دانشگاه کدگذاری و مشخص شده، تبدیل به پرسشنامه گردید. پرسشنامه بخش کمی که از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی است و به‌روش پیمایشی انجام گرفت در بین 351 دانشجو که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی در دسترس مشخص شدند، توزیع گردید و از طریق روایی سازه و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در محیط نرم‌افزارlisrel ، تناظر بین مولفه‌ها و ابعاد فرهنگ دانشگاهی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بررسی و در نهایت مدل فرهنگ دانشگاهی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در 7 بعد هویت ملی و مذهبی، ارزش‌های فرهنگی، ارتقای ارزش‌های پژوهشی، ارتقای ارزش‌های آموزشی، فعالیت‌های فرهنگی، تقویت فرهنگ مادی و هنجارهای دانشگاهی با 25 زیر مفهوم تایید گردید.

Designing a University Culture Model for Isfahan Farhangian University

This research, which was carried out with the aim of designing a university culture model in Farhangian University, is a type of consecutive mixed research that was conducted in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative section, the phenomenological method was used and with 16 faculty members of Isfahan Farhangian University who were selected by snowball method, the interview was conducted until complete saturation and the dimensions and components of university culture were coded and specified and turned into a questionnaire. Quantitative research, which is descriptive research type was conducted by survey method. The designed questionnaire was distributed among 351 students who were identified by available classification sampling method and through construct validity and confirmatory factor analysis in LISREL software environment, the correspondence between components and dimensions of university culture in Farhangian University was examined and finally the culture model. Farhangian University University was approved in 7 dimensions of national and religious identity, cultural values, promotion of research values, promotion of educational values, cultural activities, strengthening of material culture and academic norms with 25 subconcepts.
