پدیدارشناسی دگرگونی، پیوستگی و پایایی مفهوم شهر و خاطره در مرکز تاریخی تهران از منظر معماران، مورخان و اصحاب هنر

شهرهای ایرانی در دوران معاصر در پی دگرگونی ارزشها و اعوجاج آداب فکری و زیستی و تغییر رابطه انسان با جهان و طبیعت، انسجام دیرینه کالبدی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی خود را در معرض خطر می‌بینند. در چنین شرایطی خاطرات جمعی رو به فراموشی نهاده و روح و مفهوم شهر بکلی دگرگون می‌گردد. هدف از نوشتار حاضر، مطالعه دگرگونی، پیوستگی و پایایی مفهوم شهر و خاطره جمعی در مرکز تاریخی تهران است. روش پژوهش کیفی و راهبرد آن پدیدارشناسانه است. در این نوشتار، ضمن مروری بر نوشتگان مرتبط با خاطره جمعی، دگرگونی، پیوستگی و پایایی، یک چارچوب نظری برای انجام مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه تدوین گردیده و بر پایه آن مصاحبه‌ عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته با معماران، هنرمندان و مورخان زاده و زیسته مرکز تاریخی تهران انجام شده است. نتایج این پژوهش، دربرگیرنده گونهبندی خاطرات جمعی، دسته‌بندی نشانه‌ها و علل تغییر محدوده تاریخی تهران است. در این پژوهش به عواملی همچون تداوم حس و حال برخی محلات تاریخی، تداوم حضور پایگاههای مذهبی و تداوم بخشهایی از سنت معماری به عنوان راز پیوستگی مفهوم شهر در طول زمان اشاره گردیده و عناصری همچون سایه مستدام البرز، خیابان ولیعصر، ابنیه تاریخی، پارک شهر، بازار و بازارچه‌های تاریخی به عنوان ضامن پایایی شهر معرفی می‌گردند. همچنین می‌توان آستانه بهینه دگرگونی، پیوستگی و پایایی در مرکز تاریخی شهر را در حدود غلبه مرمت بر تخریب و نوسازی، فرهنگ پیرایش به جای آرایش، حفظ شخصیت مرکز تاریخی، سبک زندگی و سکونت اصیل در جریان تغییرات و عدم غلبه سوداگری بر نیازهای واقعی تعریف کرد.

Phenomenology of Change, Continuity and Constancy of the Concept of City and Memory in the Historical Center of Tehran from the Perspective of Architects, Historians and Artists

Nowadays, Iranian cities find their longstanding physical, sociocultural cohesion in jeopardy due to the change of values, intellectual customs, lifestyles and human relationship with the universe and nature. In such circumstances, collective memories are forgotten and the soul of the city is completely changed. The aim of this paper is to study the change, continuity and constancy of the concept of city and memory in the historical center of Tehran. The research method is qualitative, adopting a phenomenological strategy. In this article, through a literature review about collective memory, change, continuity and constancy, a theoretical framework for phenomenological study has been developed and based on it, indepth semistructured interviews with architects, artists and historians living in the historical center of Tehran has been carried out. The results of this study include the classification of collective memories, the categorization of signs and causes of change in historical areas. Some factors such as the continuation of the local character of some neighborhoods, the presence of religious sites and the continuity of some architectural traditions can be considered as a secret of the continuity of the concept of the city over time and also the continuous presence of Alborz, Valiasr Street, historical buildings, city park, historical bazaars can guarantee the constancy of the city. One can define the optimal threshold of change, continuity and constancy in the historical center in terms of making the restoration overcome demolition, preserving the character of the historical center and local lifestyle during changes.
