ظرفیت‌های فرهنگی پارادیپلماسی فرامرزی کشورهای حوزه ایران فرهنگی

امروزه کنشگران فروملی خواهان فعالیت‌های بیشتر فرهنگی در عرصه ارتباطات برون مرزی می‌باشند. این فعالیت تحت عنوان پارادیپلماسی در چارچوب برخی قوانین، منجر به افزایش قدرت ملی یک کشور و حکومت می‌شود، از جهت اهمیت فرهنگ در دنیای حاضر و کارکردهای آن، در این مقاله بر آنیم تا با ذکر ظرفیت‌های کشورهای حوزه ایران فرهنگی به نظریه جدید پارادیپلماسی فرامرزی فرهنگی بپردازیم و نشان دهیم که چه ظرفیت‌هایی از جهت برقراری پارادیپلماسی فرامرزی فرهنگی مابین ایران و کشورهای مورد بررسی وجود دارد. طبق بررسی‌انجام شده یافته‌های پژوهش بر وجود ظرفیت‌های فرهنگی مختلف اعم از زبان، قومیت، دین، هویت، معماری، ادبیات و مشاهیر و آداب و رسوم تاکید دارد. لذا مساله مقاله آن است که چه ظرفیت‌های فرهنگی مشترکی مابین کشورهای حوزه ایران فرهنگی هنوز وجود دارد؟ در پاسخ فرضیه مقاله بر این استوار است که زمینه‌های مختلف فرهنگی اعم از زبان، قومیت، دین، تا معماری و هنر و زمینه‌های علمی مختلف برای ارتباطات فرامرزی پارادیپلماتیک فرهنگی وجود دارد قابل ذکر است که این مقاله برگرفته از رساله می‌باشد.

Cultural Capacities of CrossBorder Paradiplomacy of Countries in the Area of Cultural Iran

Today, nongovernmental activists call for various activities in the field of crossborder communications. This activity, called paradiplomacy within the framework of some laws, leads to an increase in the national power of a country and government. Due to the importance of culture in the present world and its functions, in this article we intend to study the paradiplomatic cultural capacity of the countries in the area of cultural Iran, to the theory of crossborder cultural paradiplomacy. And to show what capacities there are for establishing our crossborder cultural paradiplomacy between Iran and the countries under study. According to the study, the research findings emphasize the existence of different cultural capacities including language, ethnicity, religion, identity, architecture, literature, celebrities and customs. The question of the article is what are the common cultural capacities between the countries in the area of cultural Iran? In response, the paper hypothesizes that there are diverse cultural contexts ranging from language, ethnicity, religion to architecture and art, and various scientific contexts for crossborder cultural paradiplomatic communication.
