ارائه مدل تعالی توسعه فرهنگی با تمرکز بر ایجاد طبقه خلاق از کودکان و نوجوانان

هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدل تعالی توسعه فرهنگی با تمرکز بر ایجاد طبقه خلاق از کودکان و نوجوانان می باشد. این پژوهش در زمره پژوهش های ترکیبی و از نوع اکتشافی و به دو روش کیفی و کمی اجرا گردید.ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است. به منظور بررسی مولفه ها و شاخص های پیشنهادی مدل اولیه از جامعه آماری شامل مدیران آموزشی، اعضای هیئت علمی یا مدرس دانشگاه استفاده شد که پس از انجام مراحل جمع آوری اطلاعات از این جامعه ،11پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید. همچنین به منظور بررسی اعتبار مدل پیشنهادی تعالی توسعه فرهنگی با تمرکز بر ایجاد طبقه خلاق از کودکان و نوجوانان، از جامعه آماری مربیان کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان(با روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای و تصادفی ساده به تعداد 196 نفر)استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل مشاهدات و اطلاعات جمع آوری شده پژوهش و بررسی تاثیر همزمان مقیاس های عمومی نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار تحلیل آماری excel2013، spss21،smartpls  انجام شد. با توجه به نتایج دلفی فازی در مجموع از مولفه های هر دو بُعد توسعه فرهنگی(30مولفه) و طبقه خلاق از کودکان و نوجوانان(18مولفه)، 19 مولفه حذف و 29 مولفه نهایی باقی ماند که بر اساس نظر خبرگان از اهمیت بالاتری برخوردار بوده اند.

Presenting a CultureExcellence Development Model Focusing on Building a Creative Class of Children and Adolescents

The main objective of this research is to present a model of excellence in cultural development focusing on the building a creative class of children and adolescents. This research was a combination of exploratory research and instrumental model that was implemented in two qualitative and quantitative stages. The present study is descriptivesurvey and data collection tool in form of a questionnaire. The statistical population included educational managers, faculty members or lecturers, with only 11 questionnaires prepared. Also in order to study the proposed model of excellence in cultural development, focusing on building a creative class of children and adolescents from the statistical community of the mentors of the intellectual development center for children and adolescents (a simple random sampling method of 196 people). In general, for analyzing the observations and the research information and studying the simultaneous effect of public scales, Excel2013, SPSS21, SmartPLS statistical software were used. According to the results of fuzzy Delphi, a total of components of both dimensions of cultural development and creative class, 19 components were deleted and 29 final components were left, which according to the experts were more important. For the creative class, 50 indices were defined and 77 indicators were introduced for cultural development.
