الگوی شایستگی‌های فرهنگی سرمایه انسانی از دیدگاه اسلام (با تاکید بر فرهنگ علوی و رضوی)

در آموزه های معنوی تشیع در اسلام، معصومین در مقام و مرتبه انسان کامل، الگویی برای مومنان بوده‌اند و منبع بشارت و هدایت جویندگان حقایق جاودانه الهی در فرهنگ اسلامی هستند. این مقاله به دنبال الگویی از شایستگی‌های فرهنگی در سیره و فرهنگ معصومین به‌خصوص فرهنگ علوی و رضوی در برخورد با سایر افراد در روابط فرهنگی است تا با شناخت هر چه‌بهتر شایستگی‌های فرهنگی، این الگو را برای برای مومنان جویای معرفت و حقیقت بر اساس در حد توان و ظرفیت خودشان کاربردی کنیم. با توجه به هدف پژوهش سوال پژوهش عبارت است از: الگوی (ابعاد و مولفه‌های) شایستگی‌های فرهنگی از دیدگاه اسلام (قرآن و معصومین) با تاکید بر فرهنگ علوی و رضوی کدام است؟ در این راستا و برای پاسخ‌گویی به این سوال از روش تحلیل محتوا از نوع کیفی به روش تحلیل تم (تماتیک) به کمک تکنیک دلفی برای تایید اعتبار و اطمینان آن استفاده شد. پس از مطالعه دقیق متون (اسناد و مدارک علمی و آیات و روایات)، مفاهیم حاصل از آن استخراج گردید و به هرکدام یک کد اختصاص داده شد. سپس مفاهیم مشابه شناسایی شد و با ترکیب آن‌ها مضامین فرعی تدوین گردید و در نهایت به تایید اجماع متخصصان و اهل فن در سه مرحله رسید و الگوی نهایی استخراج و تایید شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش در دو مضمون اصلی شامل: مضمون اول،  احترام و شناخت فرهنگ متقابل در عین پایبندی به فرهنگ خود و مضمون دوم،  برخورد مناسب بافرهنگ متقابل است و هرکدام از مضامین اصلی دارای مضامین فرعی متعدد هستند که در بخش یافته‌های پژوهش آورده شده و مفصلا درباره انها صحبت شده است.

Model of Cultural Competencies of Human Resources from the Point of View of Islam (with an Emphasis on Alavi and Razavi Cultures)

In the spiritual teachings of Shiism in Islam, the infallibles in the status of perfect human beings have been a model for the believers and are the source of evangelism and guidance of seekers of eternal divine truths in Islamic culture. This article seeks a model of cultural competencies in the life and culture of the infallibles, especially Alavi and Razavi culture in dealing with other people in cultural relations, so that by better understanding cultural competencies, this model for believers seeking knowledge and truth to the extent Use their power and capacity. According to the purpose of the research, the research question is: What is the model (dimensions and components) of cultural competencies from the perspective of Islam (Quran and Infallibles) with emphasis on Alawite and Razavi culture? In this regard, and to answer this question, qualitative content analysis method was used using thematic analysis method using the Delphi technique to confirm its validity and reliability. After careful study of texts (scientific documents and verses and narrations), the resulting concepts were extracted and a code was assigned to each. Then, similar concepts were identified and by combining them, subthemes were compiled. Finally, it was approved by a group of experts and technicians in three stages, and the final model was extracted and approved. Findings of research in two main themes include: the first theme, respect and recognition of mutual culture while adhering to their own culture and the second theme is appropriate treatment of reciprocal culture and each of the main themes has several subthemes that are presented in the research findings They have been talked about in detail.
