امنیت فرهنگی کشورهای عضو اکو

پژوهش حاضر، با توجه به احساس نیاز به پژوهش‌های علمی گسترده برای بسط مفهوم امنیت فرهنگی و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت کشور ما و همسایگان هم‌سرشت و هم‌‌سرنوشتمان در این زمینه، تلاش می‌کند سهم و نقشی هرچند کوچک در تعمیق و گسترش ادبیات امنیت فرهنگی داشته باشد. این نقش‌آفرینی از طریق به کاوش گذاشتن موضوع پراهمیت نقش سازمان اکو در تامین امنیت فرهنگی کشورهای عضو، انجام خواهد شد. دستاوردهای این پژوهش که بر اساس چارچوب نظری سازه انگاری و روش پس نگری انجام شده نشان می دهد که سازمان اکو نقش مهمی در تحقق تامین امنیت فرهنگی کشورهای عضو دارد و به دلیل جایگاه، موقعیت و کارویژه های خاص خود می تواند با تدوین راهبردها، طراحی سیاست‌های اجرایی و نهادها و ساختارهای پیشران و نیز  تعریف نظام پایش و نظارت، نقشه راه تامین امنیت فرهنگی کشورهای عضو در افق 1420 را طرح ریزی و بر دقت، صحت و پیشرفت اجرایی آن نظارت کند.

Cultural Security of ECO Member Countries

The present study, considering the need for extensive scientific research to expand the concept of cultural security and identify the strengths and weaknesses of our country and our neighbors in this field, tries to play a small role in deepening and expanding the cultural security literature. . The achievements of this research, which is based on the theoretical framework of constructivism and retrospective method, show that ECO has an important role in achieving cultural security of member countries and due to its special position, position and characteristics can be designed by formulating strategies.
