مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری رهبری استراتژیک در کسب‌وکار صنعت نفت جزیره سیری

این پژوهش، با هدف مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری رهبری استراتژیک در کسب وکار صنعت نفت انجام شد و روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی است. بدین‏منظور جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را خبرگان صنعت نفت منطقه عملیاتی جزیره سیری تشکیل دادند و حجم نمونه تعداد خبرگان شرکت‌کننده در ism، 25 نفر در نظر گرفته شد و برای سنجش متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی که روایی و پایایی آن به تایید رسیده، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هفت سطح اثرگذاری بر رهبری استراتژیک در کسب و کار صنعت نفت وجود دارد. با توجه به سطوح اثرگذاری، تعیین ماموریت و رسالت سازمان به‌عنوان متغیر مستقل و کلیدی، دارای بیشترین نفوذ و کمترین وابستگی در مدل بود. رهبری استراتژیک کارآمد به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین پشتوانه های رشد اقتصادی است که اهتمام به آن می تواند موجب شکل گیری روند مناسبی از رشد در تمامی عرصه های اقتصادی و اجتماعی کسب و کار صنعت نفت جزیره سیری شود.

this research was conducted with the aim of structural-interpretive modeling of strategic leadership in the oil industry business, and the present research method is descriptive-survey. for this purpose, the statistical population of the current research was formed by oil industry experts of the operational area of siri island, and the sample size of the number of experts participating in ism was considered to be 25 people. used. the results showed that there are seven levels of influence on strategic leadership in the oil industry business. according to the effectiveness levels, determining the mission and mission of the organization as an independent and key variable had the most influence and the least dependence in the model. effective strategic leadership is one of the most important pillars of economic growth, and attention to it can lead to the formation of a suitable process of growth in all economic and social fields of the oil industry of siri island.
