تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی عملکرد نوآوری

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی عملکرد نوآوری در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب اجرا شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش مدیران و روسای واحدهای ستادی و عملیاتی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب و شرکت های زیرمجموعۀ آن می باشند. ابزار اندازه گیری داده های پژوهش پرسشنامۀ استاندارد است. جهت تحلیل توصیفی از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس و برای تحلیل فرضیات و آمار استنباطی از نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می دهد با بهبود فناوری اطلاعات، عملکرد سازمانی و عملکرد نوآوری در سازمان افزایش می یابد. استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در شرکت موجب می شود که جابجایی و دسترسی اطلاعات به خوبی اجرا شود و همین امر موجب می شود که زمینه برای نوآوری در سازمان و کارکنان افزایش یابد.

the effect of information technology on organizational performance with the mediating role of innovation performance

the current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the impact of information technology on organizational performance with the mediating role of innovation performance in the national iranian south oil company.the method of descriptive survey research is correlation type and practical in terms of purpose. the statistical population of the current research is the managers and heads of the headquarters and operational units of the national iranian south oil company and its subsidiary companies. the tool for measuring research data is a standard questionnaire. spss software was used for descriptive analysis and smartpls software was used for hypothesis analysis and inferential statistics. the research results show that with the improvement of information technology, organizational performance and innovation performance in the organization increases. the use of information technology in the company makes the transfer and access of information well implemented in the organization.
