چکیده
|
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی انتقال فناوری های کارآفرینانه در کسب‌وکارهای حوزۀ ساخت‌وساز در صنعت نفت است. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های آمیختۀ اکتشافی است که در گام اول با استفاده از روش داده‌بنیاد و با تمرکز بر مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته با 18 نفر از خبرگان، الگوی مفهومی تحقیق ارائه شد. در گام دوم برای آزمون مدل از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه ساختاریافته از بین 380 نفر نمونه تصادفی از بین مدیران و کارشناسان معاونت مهندسی وزارت نفت گردآوری شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار amos تحلیل و آزمون شد. نتایج نشان می دهد، عوامل توجه و حمایت ذی‌نفعان، تجربه پیشین در انتقال فناوری و شناسایی و کشف فرصت های کارآفرینانه به ترتیب دارای بیشترین میانگین و بیشترین اثر در مدل پارادایم انتقال فناوری های کارآفرینانه از سمت راهبردها به سمت پیامدهای انتقال فناوری های کارآفرینانه بوده است.

Abstract
|
the purpose of this study is to design a model for the transfer of entrepreneurial technologies in construction businesses in the oil industry. this research is a kind of exploratory mixed research that in the first step using the data foundation method and focusing on in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 18 experts, the conceptual model of the research was presented. in the second step, the structural equation modeling method was used to test the model. data were collected through a structured questionnaire from among 380 random samples among managers and experts of the deputy minister of engineering of the ministry of oil and were analyzed and tested using amos software. the results show that the factors of attention and support of stakeholders, previous experience in technology transfer and identification and discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities have the highest average and the most effect in the paradigm model of entrepreneurial technology transfer from strategies to consequences of entrepreneurial technology transfer.
