شناسایی چالش‌ ها و فرصت‌ های توسعۀ ‌سازمانی از طریق فناوری در صنعت نفت

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‏ها و فرصت‏های توسعۀ ‌سازمانی از طریق فناوری در صنعت نفت بود. این پژوهش، بر اساس نوع هدف، توسعه‏ای و به لحاظ روش، کیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و کارکنان در بخش صنعت نفت بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با تعداد 13 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. متن مصاحبه‏ها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که چالش‌های توسعۀ سازمانی در 6 مقوله (مقاومت کارکنان؛ نادیده گرفتن روابط بین فردی؛ موانع ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی؛ نامشخص بودن شرایط احراز شغل؛ ساختار امنیتی ضعیف و عدم انطباق با باورها و ارزش‌ها) و فرصت‌ها در 12 مقوله (مدیریت زمان؛ تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری؛ صرفه‌جویی اقتصادی؛ قدرت رقابت‌پذیری؛ پویایی سیستم؛ شکل‌گیری سازمان یادگیرنده؛ ارتباطات شبکه‌ای؛ بین‌المللی کردن ارتباطات؛ شایسته‌سالاری؛ استاندارد کردن فعالیت‌ها و فرایندها؛ توسعۀ زیرساخت‌ها و اجتماعی شدن کارکنان) نمود پیدا کرده‌اند.

identifying the challenges and opportunities of organizational development in the oil industry through technology

the purpose of this study was to identifying the challenges and opportunities of organizational development in the oil industry through technology. this research was from a type qualitative research. the statistical population of the study included managers and employees in the oil industry. semi-structured interviews were conducted using targeted snowball sampling method, 13 managers and employees in the oil industry. after the interview, the text of the interviews was analyzed using thematic analysis technique. the results showed that organizational development challenges in six of category (employee resistance, ignoring interpersonal relationships, communication and information barriers, uncertainty about job conditions, weak security structure and non-compliance with beliefs and values) and opportunities in six of category (management and decision facilitation, economic savings, competitiveness, system dynamics, formation of the learning organization, network communication, internationalization of communication, meritocracy, standardization of activities and processes, development of infrastructure and employee socialization) are manifested.
