بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر موفقیت مسیر شغلی با نقش میانجی توانمندسازی کارکنان در شرکت ملی پخش فرآورده‌های نفتی لرستان

یکی از اصلی‌ترین فعالیت‌ها در سازمان توجه به موفقیت‌های شغلی کارکنان هست و توانمندی‌هایی که از طریق دانش کسب می‌کنند؛ بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر موفقیت مسیر شغلی با میانجی‌گری توانمندسازی کارکنان بوده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و با روش توصیفی همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 320 نفر از کارکنان اداری شرکت ملی فرآورده‌های نفتی لرستان بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 175 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید و پایایی به روش آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی و روایی به روش همگرا سنجیده شد. برای تجزیه ‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای smartpls استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که مدیریت دانش از طریق توانمندسازی کارکنان بر موفقیت مسیر شغلی اثر می‌گذارد؛ و فرضیه‌ها تایید شدند.

investigating the effect of knowledge management on career success with the mediating role of employee empowerment in lorestan national petroleum products distribution company

one of the main activities in the organization is to pay attention to the career success of employees and the capabilities that they gain through knowledge. therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on career success mediated by employee empowerment. this research is applied in terms of purpose and was done by descriptive-correlation method. the statistical population of the study was 320 administrative employees of lorestan national petroleum products company who 175 people were selected as a sample by simple random method using morgan table. a questionnaire was used to collect research data and reliability was measured by cronbach's alpha method and combined reliability and validity were measured by convergent method. the structural equation modeling approach and smartpls software were used to analyze the data. the results indicate that knowledge management affects the success of the career path through employee empowerment. and the hypotheses were confirmed.
