چکیده
|
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎﻫﺪف ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻨﺪی ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر، ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮی ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮی ﺑﺮای ﺳﻄﺢﺑﻨﺪی ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ و دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪی آنﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ 10 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮔﺎز و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ200 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮔﺎز ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮرﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ در ﻣﯿﺎن ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 44 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه در ﻫﻔﺖ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ 21 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و 23 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ؛ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﻔﺖ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ زﯾﺮﺑﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎ ﺑﯿﺶ از73 درﺻﺪ از ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﭘﺬﯾﺮی (وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ) ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ را ﺗﻮﺿﯿﺢ ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ.

Abstract
|
the aim of this study was to identify and level the competency componentsof human resource managers based on spirituality in the workplace based oninterpretive structural modeling. in order to analyze the data, interpretivestructural modeling technique was used to level the factors and classifythem. participants in this study were 10 academic experts and humanresources managers of the gas company in the qualitative section and 200employees of the gas company in the quantitative section. after identifyingthe components, questionnaires were developed and distributed amongstatistical samples to determine validity and reliability.this questionnaire isof descriptive-exploratory and qualitative-quantitative type. according to theresearch results, 44 identified components were divided into seven factors.21 components were related to the competence of human resource managersand 23 components were related to spirituality in the workplace. and thequestionnaire index was affected by seven underlying factors, which explainmore than 73% of the variability (variance) of variables.
