شناسایی عوامل موثر بر چابک ‌سازی نوآوری در سازمان‌ های آموزشی و ارائه مدل ساختاری تفسیری

امروزه چابک سازیِ نوآوری و سازمان های چابکِ نوآور در دستور کار بسیاری از مدیران ارشد سازمان‌ها قرار گرفته است، اما به عوامل موثر بر چابک سازی نوآوری در بسیاری از سازمان های آموزشی از جمله سازمان آموزش و پرورش در ایران کمتر پرداخته شده است. هدف این مقاله پاسخ‌‌‌‌گویی به این نیاز مبرم است. بدین‌منظور مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر چابک سازی نوآوری در سازمان ‏های آموزشی و ارائه مدل ساختاری تفسیری ارائه شده است. بر این اساس نمونه گیری در جامعه آماری سازمان آموزش و پرورش به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شده و نحوه گزینش نمونه در تکنیک نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی/شبکه ای می باشد. نتایجِ شناسایی مفاهیم نشان داد که مدل چابک سازیِ نوآوری در سازمان آموزش و پرورش دارای 79 مفهوم است. همچنین نتایجِ شناسایی مضمون های فرعی نشان می دهد که این مدل دارای هشت مضمون فرعی می باشد که در قالب سه مضمون اصلی دسته بندی شده‌اند. یکی از مضمون های اصلی قابلیت ها بود. این مضمون اصلی شامل دو مضمون فرعی مشخصات فردی و عوامل فرهنگی بود. مضمون بعدی عوامل زمینه ساز بود. این مضمونِ اصلی شامل دو مضمون فرعیِ منابع انسانی و عوامل محیطی بود. مضمون سوم عوامل تسهیل کننده بود. این مضمونِ اصلی شامل چهار مضمون فرعیِ عوامل ساختاری، عوامل راهبردی، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل مدیریتی بود.

agility enables today’s agencies to compete with other agencies and also makes today’s agencies adapt themselves with the changes and respondrapidly. therefore, agility is among the main factors of today’s agenciessuccess and survival. nowadays, innovation agility and agile innovativeorganizations have been included into the plans of many organizations seniormanagers. however, factors effective on innovation agility have been lessinvestigated in many educational organizations such as ministry ofeducation in iran. the present study aims at responding to this necessity;therefore, the current study has been conducted aiming at identifyingeffective factors on innovation agility in educational organizations andpresetting structural interpretational model. therefore, purposeful samplinghas been done in the ministry of education statistical population and thesamples selected in snowball sampling technique. the results of identifyingconcepts showed that innovation agility model in the ministry of educationhad 79 concepts. in addition, the results of identifying minor conceptsshowed that this model had 8 minor concepts which had been divided into 3major concepts. capabilities was among the major concepts. this majorconcept included two minor concepts of personal characteristics and culturalfactors. the next concept was background factors. this major conceptincluded two minor concepts of human sources and environmental factors.the third concept was facilitating factors. this major factor included fourminor concepts of structural factors, strategic factors, organizational factorsand management factors.
