آسیب شناسی نظام خلاقیت و نوآوری شرکت گاز استان هرمزگان با استفاده از تحلیل اهمیت-عملکرد

پژوهش حاضر باهدف آسیب‌شناسی مولفه‌های نظام خلاقیت و نوآوری در شرکت گاز استان هرمزگان، انجام گرفت. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر رویکرد تحقیق، ترکیبی_ اکتشافی است. در مرحله اول، با 13 نفر از روسای شرکت گاز استان هرمزگان (تا حد اشباع نظری) مصاحبه شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda و طی مراحل شش‌گانه کلارک و برون (2006)، مصاحبه‌ها مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرارگرفت و الگوی فرایندی خلاقیت و نوآوری شرکت، با شش مضمون اصلی تدوین شد. در مرحله دوم، به‌منظور دسته‌بندی عوامل موثر بر خلاقیت و نوآوری در ماتریس اهمیتعملکرد، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه طبق نظر صاحب‌نظران و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد.جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از تمام کارمندان شاغل در واحدهای اداری شرکت گاز استان هرمزگان بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 140 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه بین آن‌ها توزیع شد. محاسبات مربوط به اهمیت و عملکرد پژوهش با کمک نرم‌افزار spss انجام شد. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که واحد منابع انسانی، محدودیت‌های استراتژیک فرا سازمانی، محدودیت‌های درون‌سازمانی و فرهنگ‌سازمانی در موضوع خلاقیت و نوآوری اهمیت بسزایی دارند و با توجه به عملکرد پایین شرکت، این مولفه‌ها بایستی موردتوجه بیشتری از طرف مسئولان ذی‌ربط قرار گیرند.

Pathology of the Creativity and Innovation System in Hormozgan Gas Company using Importance-Performance Analysis

The present study was conducted with the aim of pathology of the components of the creativity and innovation system in Hormozgan Gas Company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of research approach. In the first stage, 13 heads of Hormozgan Gas Company were interviewed (to the extent of theoretical saturation). The interviews were analyzed by using MAXQDA software. The model of creativity and innovation was formulated with six main themes, based on six stages of Clark ​​Brown (2006). In the second stage, in order to classify the factors affecting creativity and innovation system in the importanceperformance matrix, a researchermade questionnaire was used and the data were analyzed by using SPSS software. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbachchr('39')s alpha. At this stage, the statistical population consisted of all employees working in the administrative units of Hormozgan Gas Company. The sample size was determined using the Cochranchr('39')s formula of 140 people .The research findings indicated that the human resources unit, strategic crossorganizational constraints, intraorganizational constraints and organizational culture are very important in terms of creativity and innovation, and given the poor performance of the firm, these components should be given more attention by relevant officials.
