عوامل موثر بر تضمین کیفیت یادگیری در دانشگاه‌ها-مورد مطالعه؛ دانشگاه صنعت نفت

هدف از تحقیق حاضر، اولویت‌بندی عامل‌های اصلی و فرعی موثر بر تضمین کیفیت یادگیری در دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی در مطالعه موردی دانشگاه نفت بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان (استادان و اعضاء هیئت‌علمی، مدیران و کارکنان) و دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعت نفت بود. برای تعیین عناصر اصلی و فرعیِ درون و برون دانشگاهی موثر بر تضمین کیفیت یادگیری، تعداد 21 نفر از خبرگان، شناسایی و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند که با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی از کفایت یافته‌های کیفی اطمینان حاصل شد. از بین دانشجویان نیز به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از رابطه کوکران در جامعه محدود، تعداد 386 نفر انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه میان آنها توزیع گردید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، پس از جمع‌آوری و کدگذاری، از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (میانگین، فراوانی و انحراف معیار، خی دو، همبستگی و تحلیل واریانس فریدمن) در نرم‌افزارهای lisrel و spss استفاده شد. درنهایت نیز نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش به شناسایی و تبیین عوامل اصلی و اولویت‌بندیِ عوامل فرعیِ درون و برون دانشگاهی تاثیرگذار بر تضمین کیفیت یادگیری در دانشگاه صنعت نفت منتهی گردید. بر اساس این نتایج، عوامل اصلی عبارت‌اند از: عوامل مدیریتی، فن‌آورانه و آموزشی؛ عوامل فرعی مرتبط با هر عامل اصلی نیز شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی گردید.

Factors Affecting Quality Assurance of Learning in Universities; a case in the Petroleum University of Technology

The purpose of the present study was to prioritize the main and subfactors that affecting learning quality assurance in universities and higher education institutes in the case of Petroleum University of Technology (PUT). The statistical population of this study consisted of experts (professors, managers and staff) and students of PUT. Twenty one experts were identified and interviewed to determine the main and subacademic elements affecting the learning quality assurance. The snowball method was used to determine the adequacy of the findings. Among the students, 386 students were selected through random sampling and Cochranchr('39')s relationship in the restricted society was used. Descriptive and inferential statistics (mean, frequency and standard deviation, chisquare, correlation and analysis of Friedmanchr('39')s variance) were used for data analysis and data collection and analysing in Lisrel and SPSS software were done. Finally, the results of the research led to the identification of the main factors and prioritization of the internal and externaluniversity factors influencing the quality assurance of learning in PUT Based on these results, the main factors were managerial, technological and educational; and subfactors related to each major were identified and prioritized.
