ارائه الگوی نظام آموزش اثربخش برای کارکنان ستاد وزارت نفت ایران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی نظام آموزش اثربخش کارکنان ستاد وزارت نفت ایران انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر داده ها کیفی و از نظر روش اجرای پژوهش داده‌بنیاد خودظهور است. جامعه پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان حوزه آموزش اعم از اساتید دانشگاه‌ها و مدیران عالی وزارت نفت بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و به روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. با انجام 30 مصاحبه تشخیص محقق این بود که اطلاعات به نقطه اشباع رسیده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها بررسی اسناد ملی و بین‌المللی مرتبط و همچنین مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه‌ساختار یافته بود. در نهایت از روش داده‌بنیاد و کدگذاری برای طبقه‌بندی داده ها استفاده شد. در مورد اعتبار مطالعه علاوه بر مطالعه مبانی نظری از شیوه بررسی به وسیله اعضای پژوهش استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن بود که الگوی نظام آموزش اثربخش کارکنان ستاد وزارت نفت ایران دربرگیرنده ابعادی چون فراگیرنده، محتوا، مدرس، محیط، الزامات اجرایی، نتایج و سازمان و مدیریت می‌باشند

Presenting a Model of Effective Training System for the Staff of the Iran Ministry of Petroleum

The purpose of this study was to present a model of effective training system for staff of Iran Ministry of Petroleum. The research is consumed an applied research in terms of its goals, a qualitative one in terms of data and the data base is selfcontained, in terms of the method of conducting the research. The study population consisted of experts in the field of education including university professors and senior managers of the Ministry of Petroleum who were selected by purposeful sampling method. After 30 interviews, the researcher's diagnosis was that the information had reached saturation point. The data gathering tool was a survey of relevant national and international documents as well as a semistructured exploratory interview. Finally, the data base and coding method was used to classify the data. To insure the validity of the study, using the research method by the research members was applied in addition to studying the theoretical foundations. The findings indicated that the model of the effective training system of the staff of the Ministry of Petroleum of Iran comprises aspects such as learner, content, instructor, environment, executive requirements, results and organization and management
