ارائه مدل رقابت پذیری منطقه‌ای مبتنی بر ساختار اکوسیستم کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان

در عصر حاضر که دانش عامل مزیت ساز در سطح مناطق و کشورهاست، نقش اکوسیستم های کارآفرینی که فعالیت‌های نوآورانه و کارآفرینانه دانش بنیان را تقویت می نمایند، بسیار کلیدی است. تا آن‌جا که سبب رقابت پذیری مناطق و جذب منابع تولید و ایجاد ثروت می شوند. حال این سوال مطرح می شود که مدل دست یابی به رقابت پذیری منطقه‌ای مبتنی بر ساختار اکوسیستم کارآفرینی دانش بنیان، چیست؟ برای پاسخ دادن به این پرسش، پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاربردی، رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه برخاسته از داده ها صورت بندی شد. در این راستا با 21 نفر از مطلعان نظری و عملی حوزه سیاست گذاری منطقه ای و کارآفرینی که به صورت هدفمند و بر اساس الگوی گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند، مصاحبه عمیق انجام گرفت. از میان مقولات مستخرج، »تغییر ذهنیت ذی‌نفعان به کارآمدی قابلیت‌های کارآفرینی دانش بنیان « به عنوان مقوله کانونی شناسایی شد که در صورت تحقق راهبردها در سایه شرایط محیطی و واسطه ای حاکم بر آن، پیامدهای مورد انتظار حاصل خواهد شد.

Presenting a Regional Competitiveness Model based on the Knowledge-Based entrepreneurial ecosystem Structure

In today's age where knowledge is a driving force at regional and country level, the role of entrepreneurial ecosystems that foster the innovative and knowledge based entrepreneurial activities is very crucial in terms of competitiveness of resource attraction and wealth creation. Now the question arises: what is the model of regional competitiveness based on the knowledge entrepreneurship ecosystem structure? In order to answer this question, the present study was conducted with the purpose of application, qualitative approach and method of grounded theory. In this regard, indepth interviews were conducted with 21 theoretical and practical informants in the field of regional policy and entrepreneurship who were selected based on snowball pattern. Among the categories cited, changing the mindset of stakeholders to the efficiency of knowledgebased entrepreneurship capabilities was identified as the focal category that would be expected if the strategies were implemented in the shadow of environmental and the mediator conditions.
