مدل سازی ریاضی انتخاب پیمانکاران در پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت

یکی از تکنیک های مورد استفاده در مدیریت، برون سپاری فعالیت هاست که به دلیل عدم انتخاب صحیح پیمانکار الزاماً با موفقیت همراه نیست. از آنجا که این تکنیک در بخش عمده ای از فعالیت های پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت اجرا می شود، در این مطالعه به بررسی این موضوع پرداخته شد. این پژوهش با رویکردی کاربردی توسعه ای با بهره گیری از دیدگاه گروه خبرگان به مدل سازی ریاضی گزینش پیمانکاران در پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت با مدل برناردو پرداخت . نتایج نشان داد که پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت در ارزیابی پیمانکاران باید از مدل دومرحله ای استفاده نماید. همچنین از دید گروه خبره در فاز اول گزینش، هرچه تعداد معیارهای گزینشی افزایش یابد، میزان مطلوبیت نهایی در توافق گروه خبره کاهش می یابد که این موضوع در فاز دوم گزینش دقیقاً نتایج عکس را نشان داد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش، پیشنهاداتی در جهت افزایش رضایت پیمانکاران و ذی نفعان این صنعت به مدیریت ارائه گردید.

Mathematical Modeling of Contractors Selection at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry

One of the techniques used in management is the outsourcing of activities that are not necessarily associated with success due to the lack of proper selection of the contractor. Since this technique is implemented in a large part of the activities of the petroleum industry research center, this study addresses this issue. This research has been conducted with a applieddevelopment approach, utilizing the expert group's view of mathematical modeling of selecting contractors at the oil industry research institute with the Bernardo model. The results showed that the research institute of petroleum industry in evaluating contractors should use a twostage model. Also, from the viewpoint of the expert group in the first phase of selection, the number of selective criteria increases, the final utility rate is reduced in the expert group agreement, but this in the second phase of the selection reflects precisely the results of the photograph. Based on the results of this research, suggestions were managed to increase the satisfaction of contractors and stakeholders in this industry.
