تبیین شاخص‌ها و ارائه الگوی عملیاتی مدیریت بحران در صنعت پتروشیمی

حوادث و بحران های طبیعی و صنعتی از جمله تهدیدهای جدی بخش صنعت به شمار می آیند. در صورت بروز حادثه ای در صنعت پتروشیمی، علاوه بر این که قسمت عمده ای از اقتصاد کشور دچار زیان می شود، آلودگی شدید محیطی نیز به دلیل خطر بالای عملیات پتروشیمی ایجاد می گردد. بنابراین مدیریت بحران امری بسیار مهم و ضروری به شمار می رود. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تبیین شاخص ها و ارائه الگوی عملیاتی مدیریت بحران با مطالعه ای در صنعت پتروشیمی استان مرکزی بوده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات توسعه ایکاربردی بوده و از لحاظ جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز می توان آن را توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی-تحلیلی قلمداد کرد. جامعه مورد پژوهش در این تحقیق، مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت پتروشیمی استان مرکزی بودند و نمونه گیری به شیوه تصادفی و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود که اعتبار و روایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پس از شناسایی شاخص های مدیریت بحران در صنعت پتروشیمی و استخراج شاخص های موثر با تکنیک تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و ارائه الگوی مفهومی با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مناسب بودن این الگو مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. به منظور تحلیل داده ها نیز از نرم افزارهای spss و lisrel استفاده شد. از نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای ابعاد پیشگیری، آمادگی، واکنش و پسا واکنش به ترتیب دو، هشت، چهار و یازده عامل استخراج گردید. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز وجود رابطه معنی دار بین متغیرهای آشکار و سازه های نهفته را تایید نمود و نشان داد که مدل از برازش خوبی برخوردار است.

Explanation of Indicators and Operational Model of Crisis Management in Petrochemical Industry

Natural disasters and industrial accidents are among the serious threats of Industry sector. When an accident happens in the petrochemical industry, not only much of the economy will be in hurt, but environmental pollution is also caused by a high risk of petrochemical operations. Therefore, crisis management is very important in this industry. The aim of this study was to provide crisis management model using structural equation modeling with a study in petrochemical Central Province of Iran. This research is considered an applied research in terms of purpose and is a description and analytical survey in terms of gathering information. The statistical population included managers and experts of petrochemical industry from Central Province of Iran. The research sample was selected randomly by using the Cochran it is done. Data collection tool was researcher made questionnaire. The reliability and validity of research tools have been confirmed. After identifying the indicators of crisis management in the petrochemical industry, the effective indicators were extracted with techniques of exploratory factor analysis. A conceptual model introduced by using confirmatory factor analysis techniques. Analyze data was done by using SPSS and LISREL software. From the exploratory factor analysis for aspects of prevention, preparedness, reaction, and postreaction , 2, 8, 4 and 11 factors extracted, respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis also revealed a significant relationship between the variables and latent structures has been confirmed that it shows the model has a good fit.
