پویاسازی تدوین استراتژی و فرایند کسب‌و‌کارهای معدنی و صنعتی

هر جامعه و سازمانی که همراستا با دنیای رقابت و تغییر حرکت نکند محکوم به فناست. بینش پویا برمبنای تفکر استراتژیک و سیستمی راه‌کاری برای بهره‌گیری از این گونه محیط‌هاست. برحسب پیشینه برای تطبیق با شرایط جدید محیطی، سازمان‌ها دست به اجرای استراتژی فرایندهای کسب‌وکار می‌کنند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تعیین و تدوین استراتژی و فرایندهای کسب‌وکار است که حلقه گمشده‌ای برای سازمان‌های معدنی و صنعتی گل‌گهر سیرجان شناخته می‌شود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی از نوع تحلیلی بوده و از حیث ماهیت و روش، با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک کتابخانه‌ای و منابع اینترنتی، به صورت توصیفی از نوع علّی، به رشته تحریر در آمده و تلاش دارد با تفکر سیستمی به طراحی مدل پویای استراتژی و فرایندهای کسب‌وکار در شرکت گل‌گهر، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ونسیم پرداخته و راهکارهایی ارائه نماید. متغیرهای اصلی شناسایی شده در قالب حلقه‌های علّی تدوین گردید، سپس با طراحی مدل اصلی در نرم‌افزار شبیه‌سازی شد. پس از اجرای مدل، آزمودن، تحلیل حساسیت و سیاست، مدلی بهبود یافته برای تدوین سناریوهای بهبود فرایند کسب‌وکار استفاده گردید. به هر حال، به‌کارگیری مدل پویای استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار موجب توان‌مند ساختن سازمان‌های معدنی و صنعتی برای کسب حداکثر بهروری می‌شود.

dynamicizing of strategy formulation and business processes of mining and industrial organizations

today's world is a world of competition and change, any society and any organization that does not move in line with these changes is doomed to perish. in advanced countries, in order to adapt to new environmental conditions, they have started to implement a series of techniques, one of which is business processstrategies. the main purpose of this research is to determine and formulate business strategies as a missing link for the mining and industrial organizations of gol gohar, sirjan. in terms of purpose, this research is analytical and applied, and in terms of nature and method, using library documents and internet resources, ithas been written in a causal descriptive manner, and it tries to design with systemthinking. dynamic model of strategy and business processes in gol goharcompany, using vansim software to provide solutions. the main variablesidentified were compiled in the form of causal loops, then simulated by designingthe main model in the software. after the implementation of the model, testing,sensitivity analysis and policy, an improved model was used to formulate businessprocess improvement scenarios. in the end, we reached this result, using thedynamic model of business strategies empowers mining and industrialorganizations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
