شناسایی و تحلیل ابعاد و شاخص‌های توسعه شهر هوشمند

محققان در سراسر جهان در حال بررسی چگونگی استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین برای توسعه خدمات جدید به ساکنان شهرهای جهان هستند. این تحقیق با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، یافته‌‌های مطالعات حوزه شهر هوشمند را به صورت نظام‌مند بررسی می‌کند و بر اساس کدهای شناسایی‌شده، ابعاد و شاخص‌های شهر هوشمند را معرفی می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین و دسته‌بندی ابعاد و شاخص‌های توسعه شهر هوشمند است. روش پژوهش در دسته مطالعات توصیفی گردآوری اطلاعات به روش مرور سیستماتیک می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مقالات پژوهشی مرتبط در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی منتخب در بازه زمانی سال 2000 تا 2021 است. نمونه‌گیری پس از غربال مقالات، صورت گرفت و 106 مقاله انتخاب شد. با مطالعه متن کامل مقالات، کدگذاری انجام و مقوله‌ها دسته بندی شدند. به جهت ارزیابی اعتبار مقالات از معیار casp استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل در 8 بعد اقتصاد، محیط‌زیست، حاکمیت، پویایی، انرژی، زندگی، فناوری و مردم هوشمند و 75 شاخص دسته‌بندی شدند. یافته‌های این مطالعه در جهت‌دهی مطالعات آتی کشور ایران، به سمت برنامه‌های توسعه پایدار برای پیاده‌سازی شهرهای هوشمند با تمرکز بر عوامل حیاتی موفقیت که کشورهای در حال توسعه را قادر به دستیابی به پیشرفت و توسعه می‌نماید، کمک می‌کند. پژوهش انجام شده با معرفی شاخص‌های موثر بر روند توسعه شهر هوشمند، به ویژه در شاخص‌هایی که عموماً عوامل اصلی تصمیم‌گیری در مورد توسعه شهر هستند، می‌تواند مورد توجه سیاست‌گذاران قرار گیرد.

researchers worldwide are investigating how to utilize modern technologies to develop new services for urban residents globally. this article employs the metasynthesis method to systematically examine findings from studies conducted in thefield of smart cities and, based on identified codes, introduces the dimensions and indicators of smart cities. the current research aims to determine and categorize the dimensions and indicators of smart city development. the research method fallsunder descriptive studies, collecting information through systematic review. the statistical population includes all related research articles in selected databases from 2000 to 2021. sampling was conducted after screening articles, resulting inthe selection of 106 articles. through full-text review of the articles, coding wasperformed and categories were classified. the casp criteria were used to evaluatethe validity of the articles. the analysis results were categorized into 8 dimensions:economy, environment, governance, mobility, energy, living, technology, andsmart citizens, along with 75 indicators. the findings of this study help guide futureresearch in iran toward sustainable development programs for implementing smartcities, with a focus on critical success factors that enable developing countries toachieve progress and development. the conducted research, by introducingeffective indicators influencing smart city development - particularly thoseindicators that are generally considered main decision-making factors regardingurban development - can be of interest to policymakers.
