پیشران‌ها و روندهای موثر بر آینده اخلاق حرفه‌ای زیست‌بوم کسب‌وکار ایران

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری تاثیر متقابل روندها و پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده اخلاق حرفه‌ای زیست‌بوم کسب‌وکار ایران در افق 1410(ه.ش) انجام گرفته است. لذا در ابتدا از طریق پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی منابع و مستندات در پیشینه موضوع، تعدادی از روندها شناسایی شد و در ادامه از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان و پیاده‌سازی روش دلفی، تعدادی از روندهای کلیدی تعیین، پرسشنامه تحلیل اثرات متقاطع (میک‌مک) طراحی و با تشکیل پانل خبرگان متشکل از 9 نفر کارشناسان و صاحبنظران تکمیل شدند. با کمک نرم‌افزار میک‌مک، میزان تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری هر کدام از روندهای شناسایی‌شده، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و بر این اساس متغیرهای کلیدی آینده‌ساز شناسایی شدند که روندهایی همچون کیفیت قوانین و مقررات، نظام حقوق و دستمزد در فضای کسب و کار ایران، معضلات فرهنگی تاریخی مانند فردگرایی، معنویت در محیط کار، تحریم‌های سیاسی و اقتصادی بین‌المللی، مداخله دولت در اقتصاد، تک‌بعدی بودن فرهنگ ایرانی، اقتصاد زیرزمینی، ضعف شایسته‌سالاری، عدم‌التزام به ارزش‌های اخلاقی، نبود قوانین مناسب در عرصه اقتصادی و بانکداری، پولشویی، کیفیت زندگی کاری، قاچاق، عدالت سازمانی در فضای کسب‌وکار ایران و بی‌انضباطی مالی بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را بر آینده اخلاق حرفه‌ای زیست‌بوم کسب‌وکار ایران دارند.

driving forces on the future of professional ethics in iran’s business ecosystem

the aim’s study is to identify and structurally analyze the mutual influence of trends and drivers affecting the future of professional ethics in the iranian business ecosystem in the horizon of 1410 (a.h.). therefore, first, through library research and reviewing sources and documents in the background of the subject, a number of trends were identified, and then, through interviews with experts and the implementation of the delphi method, a number of key trends determined, a crosseffects analysis questionnaire (micm) designed, and completed by forming anexpert panel consisting of 9 experts and scholars. by using of the miqmaqsoftware, the degree of influence and impact of each of the identified trendsevaluated, and based on this, key or future-oriented variables identified, withtrends such as the quality of laws and regulations, the salary system in the iranianbusiness environment, historical cultural problems such as individualism,spirituality in the workplace, international political and economic sanctions,government intervention in the economy, the one-dimensionality of iranianculture, the underground economy, the weakness of meritocracy, lack ofcommitment to ethical values, the lack of appropriate laws in the economic andbanking fields, money laundering, quality of work life, smuggling, organizationaljustice in the iranian business environment, and financial indiscipline having thegreatest impact on the future of professional ethics in the iranian businessecosystem.
