کارکردهای یادگیری استراتژیک در نوآوری سبز و عملکرد پایدار

رقابت و موفقیت در صنایع گوناگون با مفهوم پایداری عملکرد ترکیب‌ شده است و حرکت به‌سوی عملکرد پایدار همواره چالش جدی و مقدمه‌ای جهت دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در سیستم اقتصادی هر کشور است. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد پایدار شرکت‌های تولیدی و صنعتی با تحلیل نقش میانجی یادگیری استراتژیک است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران 197 شرکت کوچک و متوسط فعال در شهرک صنعتی‎ ‎بوعلی استان همدان بودند که تعداد 125 نفر از مدیران این شرکت‌ها با روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها حاکی از تاثیر مثبت نوآوری سبز بر یادگیری استراتژیک و عملکرد پایدار شرکت‌های تولیدی و صنعتی است. علاوه براین، یادگیری استراتژیک نقش میانجی بین نوآوری سبز و عملکرد پایدار دارد. نتایج نشان می‌دهند، نوآوری سبز و یادگیری استراتژیک از عوامل مهم اثرگذار بر عملکرد پایدار هستند. همچنین، نتایج در حوزه مباحث نوآوری سبز، یادگیری استراتژیک و عملکرد پایدار، نوآوری‌های نظری به همراه داشته و به مدیران و ذی‌نفعان صنایع گوناگون در درک چگونگی تاثیرگذاری نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد پایدار با تاکید بر یادگیری استراتژیک کمک می‌کند.

strategic learning functions for green innovation and sustainable performance

competition and success in various industries combine with the performance sustainability, and moving towards sustainable performance is always a serious challenge and a prelude to achieving sustainable development in the economic system. thus, the aim’s research is to survey the effect of green innovation on the sustainable performance of manufacturing and industrial companies by analyzing the mediating role of strategic learning. the research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. the statistical population included managers of 197 small and medium-sized companies operating in bo ali industrial zone of hamadan province, and 125 managers of these companies were selected by simple random method. the findings indicate the positive effect of green innovation on strategic learning and sustainable performance of manufacturing and industrial companies. moreover, strategic learning plays a mediating role between green innovation and sustainable performance. based on the results green innovation and strategic learning are important factors affecting sustainable performance. also, the results in the field of green innovation, strategic learning and sustainable performance bring theoretical innovations and help the managers and stakeholders of various industries to understand how green innovation affects sustainable performance with an emphasis on strategic learning.
