چکیده
|
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تجربه زیستۀ مشارکت‌کنندگان در طرح نوای دانشگاه شهید بهشتی است که با استفاده از پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی به منظور آگاهی از درک مشارکت‌کنندگان از طرح نوآ و مولفه‌های شکست و موفقیت در این طرح انجام شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش شامل تیم‌هایی است که به مرحله نهایی راه پیدا کردند و یا در پیش‌آزمون نهایی به مرحله نهایی راه پیدا نکردند که پس از مصاحبه با 10 تیم و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری، نتایج به دست آمد. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه است و از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که داشتن تیم از مهم‌ترین عوامل موفقیت تیم‌ها در طرح نوآ بوده است. همچنین افراد موفق توانسته بودند از خدمات مشاوره‌ای ارائه‌شده به نحو احسن و در جهت پیشبرد کارهای خود استفاده کنند. درحالی‌که افراد شکست‌خورده در طرح تا حد زیادی از این امکان بهره‌مند نشدند. به‌طورکلی طرح نوآ برای طرح‌هایی که به ارائۀ خدمات و تولیدات کوتاه‌مدت تمرکز داشتند کاربردی‌تر بوده است.

Abstract
|
the research’s purpose is to investigate the lived experience of the participants in the nova project of shahid beheshti university, which was carried out using qualitative research of the phenomenological type in order to know the participants' understanding of the nova project and the components of failure and success in this project. the participants of the research include the teams that made it to the final stage or did not make it to the final stage in the final pre-test, after interviewing 10 teams and reaching theoretical saturation, the results were obtained. data collection is through interviews and thematic analysis method was used to analyze the findings. the results showed that having a team was one of the most important factors for the success of the teams in the noa plan. also, successful people were able to use the provided consulting services efficiently and in order to advance their work. while the people who failed in the plan did not benefit from this possibility to a large extent. in general, the noa plan has been more practical for plans that focused on providing services and short-term products
