طراحی الگوی سه شاخگی حکمرانی خوب در سازمان‌های چند سطحی

مهم ترین هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی حکمرانی خوب در سازمان های چند سطحی بر اساس مدل سه شاخگی است. پژوهش با چهار سوال پژوهشی از نوع ترکیبی است که در بخش کیفی شناسایی عوامل حکمرانی خوب از طریق بررسی مبانی نظری و پیشینه و انجام تحلیل مضمون با مشارکت 15 متخصص به منزله اعضای پانل است و در بخش کمّی از طریق تشکیل ماتریس خود تعاملی ساختاری به دنبال مدل سازی ساختاری و تفسیری است که در این بخش تعداد 15 نفر از مدیران ارشد بانک ها و موسسات مالی و اعتباری شهر خرم آباد مشارکت نمودند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که اساسی ترین عوامل مرتبط با تبیین حکمرانی خوب، تدوین خط مشی، شفافیت قوانین، ساختار مدیریت نامتمرکز، ظرفیت سازی کنترل، حذف مقررات زائد، سنجش کیفیت خدمات، تغییرات بازار، سنجش کیفیت crm، ارزش محوری، فرهنگ سازی، جو سازمانی، برابرسازی فرصت ها، سیستم جبران خدمت، تسهیل hrms، درونی سازی، تعهد سازمانی است.

Designing Good Governance Trilogy Pattern in Multilevel Organizations

The purpose of this study was to design a good governance model in multilevel organizations based on the tricyclic model. Therefore, this research seeks to design a model based on the categorization and separation of factors related to good governance model in multilevel organizations based on trilogy model through interpretivestructural analysis (ISM). The research methodology is a combined research based on four questios try to  identifying the factors associated with good governance through theoretical foundations and thematic analysis with the participation of 15 experts as panel members and in the quantitative part through structural modeling matrix followed by structural modeling. In addition, there is an interpretation in this section of 15 senior executives of banks and financial and credit institutions in Khorramabad. The results show that the most important factors related to the explanation of good governance, policy formulation, transparency of rules, decentralized management structure, control capacity building, waste regulation, service quality measurement, market changes, CRM quality, value centering, culture, organizational climate, opportunity equalization, compensation system, facilitation of HRMS, internalization, organizational commitment.
