نیروهای رقابتی و کاربرد دانش برای بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تامین

هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر نیروهای رقابتی پورتر بر کاربرد دانش جهت بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تامین است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، صنعت لوازم خانگی است و مدیران و کارشناسان خبره هولدینگ پارس ‌خزر، پاسخ‌دهندگان پرسشنامه تحقیق را تشکیل می ‌دهند که تعدادشان 150 نفر است و با استفاده از روش تصادفی تعداد نمونه براساس جدول مورگان 108 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است، شیوه جمع ‌آوری داده‌ ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه، متشکل از 115 سوال با طیف لیکرت است، که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شده است سپس از تکنیک مدل معادلات ساختاری برای تحلیل پرسشنامه استفاده شد و از نرم‌ افزار spss16، برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل آمار توصیفی و از نرم‌ افزار lizrel8.5، برای تجز‌یه‌ و تحلیل آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. فرضیه ‌های اول و چهارم تحقیق تایید و فرضیه ‌های دوم و سوم رد شدند. نتایج بدست آمده از داده‌ های گردآوری شده نشان می‌ دهد که نیروهای رقابتی پورتر تاثیر مستقیمی بر بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تامین دارد.
