ارزیابی تفکر راهبردی مدیران و تاثیر آن بر نوآوری سازمانی

هدف مقاله، ارزیابی تفکر راهبردی مدیران و تاثیر بر نوآوری  سازمانی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی آذربایجان غربی است. برای این منظور تفکر راهبردی مدیران براساس نظریه گیلگیوس و نوآوری سازمانی براساس نظریه دورابجی و همکاران تعریف و دراین راستا 2 فرضیۀ اصلی و 3 فرضیۀ فرعی تنظیم گردیده است. جامعۀآماری تحقیق حاضر مدیران و معاونان سازمان تامین اجتماعی آذربایجان غربی است که تعداد آن‌ها 58 نفر است. با توجه به محدود بودن جامعۀآماری، کل آن به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، دو پرسشنامه؛ پرسشنامه تفکرراهبردی مدیران گیلگیوس و پرسشنامه نوآوری سازمانی دورابجی و همکاران می‌باشد که پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی و اطمینان از آن، در اختیار نمونۀ آماری قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌های آماری از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. بدین ترتیب که برای طبقه بندی، تلخیص و توصیف داده‌های آماری از توصیف آماری و در سطح استنباطی برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از آزمون‌های  tتک گروهی، کلموگروف اسمیرنف، r پیرسون، رگرسیون دو متغیره و رگرسیون چندگانه و استفاده گردیده است. نتایج بر اساس تفکر راهبردی مدیران در حد پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است و تفکر راهبردی مدیران و ابعاد آن بر میزان نوآوری سازمانی درسازمان تامین اجتماعی آذربایجان غربی موثر است.

Research population consisted is the Managers and deputies The Social Security Organization in Western Azerbaijan The number is 58. Considering the limitation of the statistical population Total the statistical population as the statistical sample is considered. Data collection tools, Is Two questionnaires, Questionnaire management strategic thinking Gygyvs and rganizational innovation Dvrabjy et al that after assessing the validity and ensure of its exposure at the discretion statistical sample. For statistical data analysis the descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. Thus, for classifying, summarization, and describe statistical data through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics for testing the research hypotheses tests, tgroup, Kolmogorov Smirnov, rPearsont, bivariate regression and multiple regression were used. The results indicate that managers in strategic thinking is much lower than average and also strategic thinking of managers and their dimensions Affect On the amount organizational innovation in Social Security Organization Western Azerbaijan.
