پیش‌بینی کارکردهای شناختی و انگیزشی تصویرسازی ورزشی در بسکتبالیست‌های جانباز

اهداف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی کارکردهای شناختی و انگیزشی تصویرسازی ورزشی بر اساس سن و توانایی تصویرسازی دیداری و حرکتی در بسکتبالیست‌های جانباز ایرانی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این تحقیق توصیفی- همبستگی در سال 1386، روی 40 بسکتبالیست‌ جانباز شرکت‌کننده در مسابقات کشوری سال 1386 در شهرستان شیراز که به‌روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند، انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه‌های جمعیت‌شناختی، تصویرسازی حرکتی (vmiq)، تصویرسازی دیداری (vviq) و تصویرسازی ورزشی (siq) بودند. تحلیل داده‌ها به‌کمک نرم‌افزار spss16 صورت گرفت. ارتباط بین متغیرها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و معادله رگرسیون مرحله به مرحله ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: متغیر سن با کارکردهای تصویرسازی اختصاصی انگیزشی، عمومی انگیزشی- انگیختگی، عمومی انگیزشی- خبرگی و تصویرسازی ورزشی همبسته بود. بالاترین میانگین نمرات به تصویرسازی اختصاصی انگیزشی و کمترین میانگین به تصویرسازی عمومی شناختی تعلق داشت. توانایی تصویرسازی دیداری (با چشم باز) برای کارکرد تصویرسازی اختصاصی انگیزشی نیز نقش پیش‌بینی‌کننده داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: بین کارکردهای تصویرسازی ورزشی با متغیرهای سن و توانایی تصویرسازی دیداری با چشم باز، ارتباط وجود دارد. کارکردهای تصویرسازی ورزشی (اختصاصی انگیزشی، عمومی انگیزشی- خبرگی و عمومی انگیزشی- انگیختگی) بر اساس سن پیش‌بینی می‌شوند؛ بدین معنی که با افزایش سن استفاده از این کارکردها کاهش می‌یابد. همچنین با کاهش تصویرسازی با چشم باز، کارکرد اختصاصی انگیزشی نیز کاهش می‌یابد.

Prediction of Cognitive and Motivational Functions of Sports Imagery in Veteran Basketball Players

Aims: The present study was done with aim to predict thecognitive and motivational functions of sports imagery based on age, visual andmotor imagery ability in Iranian veteran basketball players. Materials Methods: This descriptive correlationalstudy was done on 40 veteran basketball players participating in the nationalchionship in 2007 in Shiraz who were selected by census method in 2007. The researchtools were demographic, motor imagery (VMIQ), visual imagery (VVIQ) and sport imagery(SIQ) questionnaires. Data analyzed using SPSS16 software. Relation betweenvariables was evaluated using the Spearman correlation coefficient andregression equation for each stage.Findings: The age variable was correlated with motivationalspecific imagery functions, motivational arousal general, motivational experts generaland sports imagery generally. The highest mean of the scores belonged to motivationalspecific imagery and lowest mean scores belonged to the cognitive generalimagery. Visual imagery ability (with open eyes) for the motivational specificimagery function had also predictive role.Conclusion: There is a correlationbetween sport imagery functions with age and the visual imagery ability with openeyes. Sport imagery functions (motivational specific, motivational expert general and motivational arousal general)are predicted based on age, which means that with increasing the age the use ofthese functions decreases. Also, by reducing imagery with open eyes,motivational specific function is reduced.
