explanation of the managerial competencies of healthcare staff to discounting the number of martyrs and veterans in the iran-iraq war: a qualitative study

Aims nowadays, the use of the experiences and lessons learned by staff, including healthcare providers, has been emphasized as a key strategy in knowledge management. the aimof this study was to explain the managerial competencies of healthcare staff to discount thenumber of martyrs and injuries of injured people (veterans) in the iran-iraq war.contributors & methods this qualitative study was carried out using the conventionalcontent analysis method in 2018-2019. 119 written narratives of 101 healthcare staff, in thearea of providing therapeutic care to martyrs and veterans, were collected and simultaneouslyanalyzed. principles of qualitative data analysis were used for data analysis.findings the analysis of data led to the emergence of three main themes of management andleadership, providing resources and executive management. the sub-themes of managementand leadership including planning, organizing and coordinating, decision-making skillsand risk appetite, and management stability. sub-theme of providing resources includingproviding human resources and providing physical resources. sub-theme of executivemanagement included readiness, protective and security measures, carelessness andnegligence and registration of documents.conclusion the managerial competencies of healthcare providers include managementand leadership providing resources and executive management, which have been used todiscount the number of martyrs and veterans in the iran-iraq war.

تبیین صلاحیت‌های مدیریتی کارکنان بهداشت و درمان در راستای تعدیل آمار شهدا و جانبازان در جنگ ایران و عراق: یک مطالعه کیفی

اهداف: امروزه، استفاده از تجارب و درس‌آموخته‌های کارکنان از جمله مراقبان بهداشتی به‌عنوان راهبردی اساسی در مدیریت دانش مورد توجه و تاکید قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه، تبیین صلاحیت‌های مدیریتی کارکنان بهداشت و درمان در راستای تعدیل آمار شهدا و صدمات وارده به مجروحان (جانبازان) در جنگ ایران و عراق بود.مشارکت‌کنندگان و روش‌ها: این مطالعه کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی در سال 981397 انجام شد. 119 روایت مکتوب از 101 نفر از کارکنان بهداشتی، در حیطه ارایه اقدامات درمانی به شهدا و جانبازان، در طول جنگ ایران و عراق جمع‌آوری و به‌طور همزمان کدگذاری شد. از اصول تحلیل داده‌های کیفی برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به ظهور سه درون‌مایه اصلی مدیریت و رهبری، تامین منابع و مدیریت اجرایی شد. زیردرون‌مایه‌های مدیریت و رهبری شامل برنامه‌ریزی، سازمان‌دهی و هماهنگی، مهارت تصمیم‌گیری و ریسک‌پذیری و ثبات مدیریت بود. زیردرون‌مایه‌های تامین منابع شامل تامین منابع انسانی و تامین منابع فیزیکی بود. زیردرون‌مایه‌های مدیریت اجرایی نیز شامل آمادگی (صف‌آرایی)، اقدامات حفاظتی و امنیتی، بی‌احتیاطی و سهل‌انگاری و ثبت مستندات بود.نتیجه‌گیری: صلاحیت‌های مدیریتی مراقبان بهداشتی شامل مدیریت و رهبری، تامین منابع و مدیریت اجرایی است که در راستای تعدیل تعداد آمار شهدا و جانبازان در جنگ ایران و عراق به کار رفته است.
