روش فهم و برداشت مدیریتی قرآن کریم

این مقاله در راستای پاسخگویی به این پرسش تدوین شده است که چه روش یا روش‌های صحیحی برای تفسیر مدیریتی قرآن وجود دارد؟ و آیا می‌توان باتوجه‌به روش‌های رایج تفسیری، روشی جدید و صحیحی برای دسترسی به مراد جدی مدیریتی خداوند ارائه کرد؟ تاکنون استخراج، استنباط و برداشت نکات و اشارات مدیریتی در میان تفاسیر عمومی و به روش‌های مختلفی ارائه شده است. رویکردهای کاربردی برای تحلیل آیات مدیریتی قرآن کریم در قالب نگاه مدیریتی به آیات الهی و کشف نظام و نظریه‌های مدیریتی قرآن کریم است که به روش‌های ترتیبی، موضوعی، میان‌رشته‌ای و تطبیقی قابل ارائه است. در این نوشتار با روش توصیفی تحلیلی، براساس مبنای تلقی وحی به‌عنوان فعل تدبیری حکیمانه و چهاروجهی بودن رویکردها و جهت صدور آیات، به تبیین مفردات و عبارت‌های آیات و سوره‌ها به‌صورت تعبدی تحلیلی و همچنین سیستمی شبکه‌ای پرداخته شده و براساس آن شبکه‌ای از مفاهیم و گزاره‌های مدیریتی تشکیل و روابط بین مفاهیم و گزاره‌ها کشف و درنهایت معانی، مقاصد و مدالیل مدیریتی آیات استخراج می‌شود.

the methodology of understanding and extracting management principles from the quran

this article is formulated to address the question of what are the correct methods or methodologies for interpreting management principles from the quran, and whether it is possible to propose a new and correct method for accessing the serious intention of divine management. so far, various methods have been proposed for extracting, deducing, and interpreting management points and indications among general interpretations and through various approaches. practical approaches for analyzing managerial verses of the quran are presented in the form of a managerial perspective on divine verses, and discovering the systems and managerial theories of the quran, which can be presented in sequential, thematic, interdisciplinary, and comparative methods. in this paper, using a descriptive-analytical method based on the foundation of revelation as a rational and strategic act, and considering the 4-faceted nature of approaches and directions in revealing verses, the terminologies and phrases of the verses and chapters are explained in a devotional-analytical and systemic-network manner. based on this network, a set of managerial concepts and propositions is formed, and the relationships between concepts and propositions are discovered, ultimately extracting the meanings, purposes, and rationales of managerial verses.
