نقد اقتصاد ربوی در آرمان‌شهر لیبرالیسم از منظر قرآن کریم

آزادی اقتصادی و سود هرچه بیشتر فرد، از بنیادی‌ترین مفاهیم اقتصادی نظام لیبرال‌سرمایه‌داری است. یکی از روش‌های رسیدن به چنین هدفی، تشکیل نظام اقتصادی است که بر مبنای ربا و بهره استوار باشد. ازاین‌رو جوامعی که با الگوی لیبرال‌سرمایه‌داری اداره می‌شوند، به شدت تحت تاثیر این پدیده قرار گرفته‌اند. به‌گونه‌ای که شالوده نظام اقتصادی آنها بر پایه ربا و قراردادهای ربوی استوار است؛ اما از منظر آموزه‌های دینی و قرآنی، آزادی عمل در امور مالی و تجارتی به‌منظور جلوگیری از کسب منافع ظالمانه، با تعدادی از ممنوعیت‌ها ازجمله تجارت ربوی محدود شده است. ربا و قراردادهای تجاری ربوی از منظر قرآن کریم و روایات تحریم شده و برای آن پیامدها و آثار مختلف اخلاقی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی بیان شده است.  یافته‌های این تحقیق که به روش تحلیلی- انتقادی به دست آمده، نشان می‌دهد که ربا و بهره، بسیاری از مشکلات اجتماعی، اخلاقی و اقتصادی را در جوامعی که نظام اقتصادی آن، بر مبنای اقتصاد ربوی لیبرالیسم استوار است، به وجود آورده است. متن اصلی نوشتار، اقتصاد ربوی آرمانشهر لیبرالیسم، آثار و آسیب‌های اجتماعی، اخلاقی و اقتصادی آن با رویکرد انتقادی درون‌دینی و قرآنی مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته شده است.

a critique of usury-based economy in the ideal city (/ utopia) of liberalism from the perspective of the quran

economic freedom and individual profit maximization are among the foundational concepts of the capitalist liberal system. one method to achieve such objectives is to establish an economic system built upon usury and interest. consequently, societies governed by the liberal capitalist model have been deeply influenced by this phenomenon. their economic foundation is rooted in usury and interest-based contracts. however, from the viewpoint of religious teachings and the quran, the freedom to engage in financial and commercial activities, designed to prevent unjust gains, is limited by several prohibitions, including usurious trade. usury and usurious commercial contracts are prohibited and condemned in the quranic teachings and traditions, accompanied by discussions of their various ethical, social, and economic consequences. the findings of this research, obtained through analytical-critical methodology, indicate that usury and interest have given rise to numerous societal, ethical, and economic problems in communities where the economic system is based on usury-oriented liberal capitalism. the main content of this paper discusses and examines the usury-based economy of the ideal city of liberalism, along with its social, ethical, and economic impacts and damages, from an intra-religious critical and quranic perspective.
