رویکرد قرآن به اصلاح و تربیت مجرمان (الگوی قرآن‌درمانی مجرمان)

از مهمترین مباحث در حوزه علوم جنایی «اصلاح و درمان مجرمان» است که امروزه بیشتر به معنای بازپروری و انجام فعالیت‌های لازم به منظور بازگشت آنان به زندگی اجتماعی سالم می‌باشد؛ این درمانگری تنها معطوف به درمانگری روانی نیست؛ بلکه همه اقداماتی آموزشی فنی و حرفه ای و مشاوره ای و.. را دربرمی گیرد. واکاوی این مهم در قرآن کریم موضوع این مقاله است که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استخراج و تحلیل گزاره‌های قرآنی و روای مرتبط می‌کوشد تا نگرشی کلی بر ابعاد مهم این بحث ارائه دهد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از این است که قرآن به سبب اتصاف به «شفا» و «رحمت»، ابعاد گوناگون آن همچون: الفاظ (تلاوت و قرائت و استماع) و محتوا (معارف و آموزه‌های غنی قرآنی) می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک الگودر درمانگری مجرمان، در کنار دیگر الگوهای بشری، مطرح شود که البته در مقایسه، از ویژگی‌های قابل توجهی برخوردار است. استخراج دقیق مبانی و اصول و مکانیزم ها و روشهای اصلاحی قرآن و آزمون عملی آنان نیازمند پژوهش‌های فراوان دیگری است

An Introduction to the Approach of the Quran to the Reformation and Education of Criminals (The Model of Quran Therapy for Criminals)

One of the most important topics in the field of criminology is “reformation and treatment of criminals”, which nowadays mostly means rehabilitation and carrying out the necessary activities to return them to a healthy social life; This therapy is not only focused on psychological therapy; rather, it includes all technical and professional education and consulting measures, etc. Analyzing this important task in the Holy Quran is the subject of this article, which tries to provide a general view of the important aspects of this discussion by extracting and analyzing related Quranic statements and narratives. The findings of the research indicate that the Quran, due to its attributes of “healing” and “mercy”, its various dimensions such as words (recitation, reading and listening) and content (rich nonQuranic knowledge and teachings) can be used as a model in the treatment of criminals should be mentioned along with other human models, which, of course, have significant characteristics in comparison. The exact extraction of the foundations and principles and mechanisms and methods of reforming the Quran and their practical testing require many other pieces of research.
