بررسی و نقد رویکردهای پژوهشی آیات رهبری در منابع مدیریت اسلامی

یکی از وظایف اساسی مدیر، رهبری نیروی انسانی سازمان است. هر‌چه دانش مدیریت بیشتر توسعه می‌یابد، به همان نسبت نیز اهمیت تحقیق و توجه درباره رهبری روبه‌فزونی گذارده می‌شود. در مدیریت اسلامی، آثار فراوانی در این موضوع سامان یافته است؛ اما میزان کمیت و کیفیت این پژوهش‌ها بررسی، تحلیل و سطح‎بندی نشده‌اند. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین «کمیت»، «کیفیت» و «سطح تحلیل» استنادات قرآنی رهبری در منابع مدیریت اسلامی است. این تحقیق با روش فراتحلیل انجام شد و سی‌و‌نه منبع که به بحث رهبری از منظر قرآن کریم پرداخته بودند،  بررسی شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان‌دهنده این است که در منابع سی‌و‌نه‌گانه از نظر کمیت 891 آیه استفاده شده بودند و از نظر موضوعی در مجموع به 178 موضوع رهبری (با تکرار) توجه شده است که  موضوعات درنهایت در این مقاله به 17 موضوع و عنوان کلی دسته‌بندی شدند. از نظر سطح تحلیل، مباحث در شش سطح، تحلیل و بررسی شده‌اند که عبارتند از: استنادات «تاییدی»، «تطبیقی»، «مقایسه‌ای»، «نقادانه»، «نظریه‌پردازانه» و «الگومدارانه». اغلب آیات استنادی در سطح تاییدی و تطبیقی قرار داشتند و در سطوح بعدی به ترتیب از میزان پژوهش‌ها کاسته شده بود. در سطح نظریه‌پردازانه و الگومدارانه، پژوهشی اساسی، درخور و جامع بر اساس قرآن انجام نشده است در‌حالی‌که پژوهش‌ها باید به سوی نظریه‌پردازی و ارائه الگو و کاربردی شدن هدف‌گذاری گردند.

Reviewing and Criticizing the Research Approaches of Leadership Verses in Islamic Management Sources

One of the main duties of a manager is to lead the organization’s human resources. The more management knowledge is developed, the more the importance of research and attention to leadership is increased. In Islamic management, many works have been conducted on this topic; but the quantity and quality of these researches have not been investigated, analyzed and leveled. The purpose of this research is to determine the “quantity”, “quality” and “level of analysis” of the Quranic references to leadership in Islamic management sources. This research was conducted with the metaanalysis method and thirtynine sources that discussed leadership from the perspective of the Holy Quran were examined. The results of the Research indicate that 891 verses were used in terms of quantity in thirtynine sources, and 178 topics of leadership (with repetition) were paid attention to in total, and the topics were finally categorized into 17 topics and general titles in this article. In terms of the level of analysis, the topics have been analyzed and examined in six levels, which are: “affirmative”, “adaptive”, “comparative”, “critical”, “theorizing” and “modeloriented” citations. Most of the cited verses were in the affirmative and comparative levels, and in the next levels, the amount of research was reduced respectively. At the theorizing and modeloriented levels, no basic, appropriate and comprehensive research has been conducted based on the Quran, while the research should be aimed at theorizing and presenting a model and applying it.
