بررسی تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی- مشاوره ای بر مسائل جنسی زنان ایرانی مبتلا به سرطان پستان: یک مطالعه مروری

مقدمه: در ایران، سرطان پستان یکی از شایعترین بدخیمی‌ها در زنان است و مشکلات جنسی اغلب در این بیماران دیده می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف مرور مداخلات مشاوره ای-آموزشی بر مسائل  جنسی زنان با سرطان  پستان در ایران طراحی شد.  روش بررسی: در این مطالعه به منظور دستیابی به مقالات مرتبط ، پایگاههای اطلاعاتی pubmed, wos, scopus, embase, clinicaltrials.gov, proquest dissertations and theses global , cochrane library, cinahl, sid, magiran, irandoc  از مارس 2000 تا ژانویه 2023 مورد جستجو قرار گرفت.  از کلیدواژه های مشاوره، آموزش، جنسی، عملکرد جنسی، کیفیت جنسی، مشاوره جنسی، زنان، سرطان پستان و همه ترکیبات احتمالی این کلمات با عملگرهای بولینor, and استفاده شد. جهت بررسی کیفیت مقالات از ابزار risk of bias گروه کوکران استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: در نهایت 10 مطالعه (با حجم نمونه 614 نفر) مورد بررسی سیستماتیک قرار گرفتند. از این تعداد 4 مقاله به بررسی مشاوره جنسی، 5 مورد به بررسی آموزش جنسی و 1 مورد به مقایسه مشاوره جنسی و آموزش جنسی در بیماران پرداخته بودند. در مطالعات رویکردهای مشاوره ای plissit، ذهن آگاهی، روانی جنسی، مبتنی بر پذیرش تعهد، مشاوره ورزشی، اموزش زوجین و مشاوره گروهی موجب تفاوت معناداری در متغیرهای جنسی بین گروه‌های مداخله و کنترل مطالعات شده بود. اما روان درمانی چهار عاملی به تنهایی در افزایش احقاق  جنسی موثر نبود.نتیجه گیری : بر اساس نتایج، چندین نوع رویکرد مشاوره ای و آموزشی در بهبود مشکلات جنسی و ارتقای سلامت جنسی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه در ایران موثر بوده است، لذا استفاده گسترده از این روش‌ها توصیه می‌شود.

investigating the effects of counseling-educational interventions on sexuality issues in iranian women with breast cancer: a systematic review

background: breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women in iran, and sexual dysfunction is often observed in these patients.  objectives: the present study aimed to systematically review the clinical trials to determine the effect of counseling-educational interventions on sexual issues of women with breast cancer in iran.methods: in this systematic review, a query was conducted on databases, including pubmed, wos, scopus, embase, clinicaltrials.gov, proquest dissertations and theses global, cochrane library, cinahl, sid, magiran, and irandoc up to jan 2023. the keywords were sex, sexual counseling, sexual function, quality of sexual life, breast cancer, sexuality, education, and all possible combinations of these words with the boolean operators of or and and. the cochran group risk of bias tool was used to evaluate the quality of articles.results: finally, 10 studies (with a total sample size of 614 people) were systematically reviewed. of these, 4 articles examined sexual counseling, 5 papers assessed sexual education, and 1 study compared sexual counseling and sexual education in patients. plissit (p: permission, li: limited information, ss: specific suggestions, it: intensive therapy) counseling, mindfulness, sexual psychology, commitment acceptance, sports counseling, couples training, and group counseling caused a significant difference in sexual variables between the intervention and control groups. four-factor psychotherapy alone was not effective in increasing sexual assertiveness.conclusion: based on the results, several types of counseling and educational approaches were effective in improving sexual problems and promoting sexual health in women with breast cancer in iran; therefore, the widespread use of these methods is recommended.
