حج و قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران

آنچه امروزه در روابط بین کشورهای نظام بین‌الملل اهمیت زیادی دارد و از جمله عناصر و مولفه‌های اصلی قدرت یک کشور محسوب می‌گردد ظرفیت قدرت نرم آن کشور در محیط بین‌المللی است. محیط امروز بین‌المللی در دوران گذار خود بیش از هر چیز پذیرای مولفه‌ها و کاربست‌های دیپلماسی عمومی و فرهنگی است. با توجه به ماهیت فرهنگی انقلاب اسلامی ایران، مقوله فرهنگ از ابتدا جایگاه ویژه و ممتازی در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران برخوردار بود و یکی از ثمرات مهم انقلاب اسلامی صدور فرهنگی ارزش‌های انقلاب اسلامی به منظور تشکیل جامعه اسوه اسلامی بود. در راستای راهبرد صدور فرهنگی انقلاب اسلامی و تقویت قدرت نرم ج.ا.ا، موسم حج نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای از ابتدای انقلاب اسلامی ایفا کرد. مطالعات انجام‌شده نشان می‌دهد یکی از مهم‌ترین نمادهای قدرت نرم انقلاب اسلامی ایران را می‌توان احیای حج ابراهیمی تلقی کرد. حج ابراهیمی را می‌توان تجلی تحقق قدرت نرم به معنای توانایی نفوذ بر رفتار امت اسلامی بدون تهدید و یا پرداخت هزینه محسوس به شمار آورد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران از رهگذر تبیین اندیشه و آرمان عدالت‌خواهانه انقلاب اسلامی در موسم حج درصدد برآمد تا با روش‌های غیرمستقیم به نتیجه دلخواه و مطلوب خود یعنی استکبارستیزی و بیداری اسلامی دست یابد.
