شیوه‏ها و محدودیت‏های اثرگذاری گروه‏های علوم سیاسی بر آگاهی سیاسی در ایران

آگاهی سیاسی، مهارتی قابل یادگیری و توسعه‏پذیر است و از موضوع (زیست اجتماعی بشر)، هدف (دانایی و توانایی در تصمیم‏گیری امور جمعی) و غایت (یافتن یا ساختن راه‏های سعادت بشر در اجتماع) دانش سیاست جدا نیست. از این رو، آگاهی‏بخشی سیاسی نه یک محصول جانبی، بلکه از کارویژه‏های اصلی دانش سیاسی محسوب می‏شود. مقاله حاضر نیز با هدف شناسایی شیوه‏ها و محدودیت‏های اثرگذاری علوم سیاسی بر آگاهی سیاسی در ایران تدوین شده است. این شیوه‏ها در چهار محور «تربیت دانشجو»، «پژوهش و انتشار علم و دانش»، «آموزش‏های بیرون گروه» و «کنشگری اجتماعی و سیاسی» تبیین شده‏اند و مولفه‏های محدودکننده نیز ذیل چهار متغیر «حکومت»، «جامعه»، «علم» و «علوم سیاسی» توضیح داده شده‏اند.  پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و جهت کشف این شیوه‏ها و محدودیت‏های ناظر بر آن از استدلال و قوه استنباط فردی استفاده شده است. وفق یافته‏ها، علوم سیاسی در ایران در انجام وظیفه آگاهی‏بخشی سیاسی با معیارهای ترویج تفکر انتقادی و روحیه پرسش‏گری، شالوده‏شکنی چارچوب‏های نظری و عملی سیاست، برانگیختگی توجه به سیاست از چشم‏انداز حق حاکمیت هر فرد و ضرورت مهارت‏افزایی برای اعمال این حق بیش از همه تحت‏تاثیر سیاست‏های حکومتی و در ادامه به‏ترتیب به‏واسطه ضعف بازیگران این رشته، عدم تقاضا از سوی جامعه و نیز انکار به‏مثابه یک علم در عین متهم‏شدن به جهت‏گیری به‏سمت اصحاب قدرت محدود شده است.
