جایگاه تقیه در روابط خارجی دولت اسلامی با تاکید بر آراء حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

هدف پژوهش حاضر این است تا نقش و جایگاه تقیه را در روابط خارجی دولت اسلامی با سایر دولت ها با بررسی آراء و دیدگاه های آیت الله خامنه ای به بحث بگذارد. در همین راستا، پرسش این است که بر مبنای دیدگاههای فقهی-سیاسی آیت الله خامنه ای، تقیه چه نقشی در تنظیم روابط خارجی دولت اسلامی با سایر کشورها بر عهده دارد؟ فرضیه این است: تقیه به دلیل پنهان کردن ابزارهای دولت اسلامی، مصون ماندن از تحرکات دشمنان و همچنین تجهیز نظام اسلامی به سازوکارهای مبتنی بر تدبیر و دوراندیشی نقش مهمی در عبور از برخی شرایط دشوار تاریخی ایفا خواهد کرد. ضمن اینکه نتایج تحقیق موید آن است که تقیه اگرچه از منظر احکام فقهی، نوعی انفعال در شرایط خاص است، اما این انفعال در عرصه سیاست و از جمله روابط خارجی می تواند نوعی استراتژی مبتنی بر صبر، تجهیز منابع و ابزارها و در پیش گرفتن یک برنامه عملیاتی در آینده نیز تلقی شود. بنابراین آثار آن در ایجاد بازدارندگی برای دولت اسلامی، دور ماندن از شرایط هزینه آور و همچنین ایجاد آرامش و فرصتی برای دوراندیشی در دولت اسلامی است. در پژوهش حاضر از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و ابزار کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است.

the purpose of the present study is to discuss the role and position of taqiyyah in the external relations of the islamic state with other governments by examining the opinions and views of ayatollah khamenei. in this regard, the question is, based on the jurisprudential-political views of ayatollah khamenei, what role does taqiyyah have in regulating the external relations of the islamic state with other countries? the hypothesis is: taqiyyah will play an important role in overcoming some difficult historical conditions due to hiding the tools of the islamic state, remaining immune from the movements of the enemies, and also equipping the islamic system with mechanisms based on planning and foresight. in addition, the results of the research confirm that taqiyyah, although from the point of view of jurisprudence, is a form of passivity in certain circumstances, but this passivity in the field of politics, including foreign relations, can be a strategy based on patience, equipping resources and tools and taking it can also be considered as an action plan in the future. therefore, its effects are in creating deterrence for the islamic state, staying away from costly conditions, and also creating peace and an opportunity for foresight in the islamic state. descriptive and analytical methods and library tools have been used in this research.
