نقش عملکرد سیاسی دولت در پیشبرد توسعه سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران( مطالعه موردی: دولت حسن روحانی)

تحقیق حاضر به بررسی نقش عملکرد سیاسی دولت در پیشبرد توسعه سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مطالعه موردی: دولت حسن روحانی) پرداخته است. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-  همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش ، کلیه  نخبگان فکری و ابزاری استان کرمان می باشند که تعداد کل آنها حدود 3548 نفر بوده که بر اساس فرمول حجم نمونه (کوکران) تعداد 347 نفر بعنوان حجم نمونه تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای اطلاعات از آنان گردیده است .در این تحقق جهت سنجش عملکرد سیاسی دولت از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر مبنای شاخص های هشت گانه مطرح شده در برنامۀ توسعۀ سازمان ملل (undp) و جهت سنجش توسعه سیاسی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است . نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه اصلی تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین عملکرد سیاسی دولت روحانی با پیشبرد توسعه سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی رابطه معنادار و مستقیمی وجود دارد نتایج نشان می دهند که به ترتیب اولویت اجماع سازی ، شفاف سازی، کارایی و اثربخشی، بسط و ارتقای مشارکت، حاکمیت قانون بیشترین نقش مثبت و همچنین به ترتیب اولویت متغیرهای مسئولیت پذیری، پاسخگویی و عدالت و انصاف بیشترین نقش منفی را بر متغیر پیشبرد توسعه سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی داشته اند  در ضمن در مجموع بر اساس ضریب r محاسبه شده می توان گفت متغیر عملکرد سیاسی دولت آقای روحانی &حکمرانی خوب&  و ابعاد هشت گانه در (694/0) از واریانس و یا تغییرات متغیر پیشبرد توسعه سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی نقش داشته است.

the present research examines the role of the government’s political performance in advancing the political development of the islamic republic of iran (case study: hassan rouhani’s government). the research method in this study is descriptive-correlation. the statistical population in this research is all the intellectual and instrumental elites of kerman province, whose total number is about 3548 people, based on the sample size formula (cochran), the number of 347 people is determined as the sample size and using the quota sampling method, information from in this realization, in order to measure the political performance of the government, a researcher-made questionnaire was used based on the eight indicators proposed in the united nations development program (undp) and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure political development. the results of the main hypothesis test of the research show that there is a significant and direct relationship between the political performance of the rouhani government and the advancement of the political development of the islamic republic. the results show that the priority of consensus building, clarification, efficiency and effectiveness, expansion and promotion of participation, respectively. , the rule of law has the most positive role and also, in the order of priority, the variables of responsibility, accountability, and justice and fairness have the most negative role on the variable of advancing the political development of the islamic republic. in addition, it can be said that the variable of political performance is calculated based on the r coefficient. mr. rouhani’s government &good governance& and the eight dimensions have played a role in (0.694) of the variance or variable changes in advancing the political development of the islamic republic.
