بررسی تحلیلی - انتقادی در رویکرد و نحوه‌ کنش‌ورزی آیت الله اکبرهاشمی رفسنجانی در باب تحزب و مردم‌سالاری

در این مقاله با استفاده از آرای نیکوس پولانزاس در قالب چارچوب نظری مارکسیست ساختارگرا و نسبت بین چارچوب‌های قدرت و کنش ورزی سیاسی، مساله نسبت میان مردم‌سالاری و تحزب در نگرش و عملکرد هاشمی رفنسجانی رفسنجانی از مبارزین سیاسی قبل از انقلاب و از حاکمان بعد از انقلاب با رویکردی تحلیلی- انتقادی بررسی می شود و به این سوال نیز پرداخته می شود رویکرد و کنش ورزی هاشمی رفنسجانی رفسنجانی در دو مقطع بودن در سطح اول قدرت رسمی کشور و سطح غیررسمی قدرت به چه نحوی تحلیل می گردد؟ فرضیه اصلی تحقیق آن است که اساسا هاشمی رفنسجانی رفسنجانی به عنوان یک کنش گر سیاسی متعلق به بلوک قدرت در نظام سیاسی پساانقلاب، دو نوع کنش ورزی در رابطه با احزاب و مردم‌سالاری را از خود بروز داده است. در مقطعی که وی در سطح اول قدرت رسمی کشور بوده است به دلیل برآورده سازی منافع طبقه مسلط انقلابی، زمینه های تحزب و فراهم آوری مردم‌سالاری در کشور را محدود کرده است و در زمانی که به دلایل سیاسی و ایدئولوژیک در بیرون از قدرت رسمی قرار داشته است تلاش کرده است تا با حمایت از فرایند تحزب و گسترش زمینه های مردم‌سالاری، بر طبقه مسلط و بلوک قدرت رسمی کشور تاثیرگذار باشد.
