جهان‌شمولی حقوق بشر و پیامدهای آن برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

جهان‌شمولی، پدیده‌ای  است که در عرصه های مختلف اقتصاد، سیاست و فرهنگ و... خود را نشان داده و پس از جنگ دوم جهانی به نوعی بر تمامی کشورها تاثیرگذار بوده است. رژیم بین المللی اقتصاد در قالب بانک جهانی، رژیم بین المللی هسته ای در قالب آژانس انرژی اتمی از جمله نهادهایی هستند که مشمول جهان‌شمولی شدند. در این میان یکی از مهم‌ترین رژیم‌های بین المللی، رژیم حقوق بشر است. با اینحال پیامدهای مختلف و بعضاً متضادی برای حاکمیت سنتی کشورها و از جمله ج. ا. ایران در پی داشته است.  بر همین اساس، پرسش اصلی تحقیق این است که جهان شمولی حقوق بشر چه نسبت و پیامد یا پیامدهایی برای جمهوری اسلامی به عنوان یک حاکمیت مستقل در پی داشته است؟ نتایج تحقیق نشان از آن داشت که، جهان‌شمولی حقوق بشر، به عنوان یک نیروی تاثیرگذار تاثیرات اساسی بر ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، امنیتی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی ج. ا. ایران برجای گذاشته است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، کیفی از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی است و داده ها به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و با استفاده از فیش برداری گردآوری شده است.

globalization is a phenomenon that has shown itself in various fields of economy, politics, culture, etc., and has influenced all countries in some way after the second world war. the international economic regime in the form of the world bank, the international nuclear regime in the form of the atomic energy agency are among the institutions that were included in the globalization. among these, one of the most important international regimes is the human rights regime. however, different and sometimes conflicting consequences for the traditional governance of countries, including c. a. iran has followed. based on this, the main question of the research is, what is the ratio and consequence or consequences of the universality of human rights for the islamic republic as an independent sovereign? the results of the research showed that the universality of human rights, as an influential force, has fundamental effects on various political, security, social and cultural dimensions. a. iran has left a mark. the research method in this study is qualitative, descriptive and analytical, and the data was collected in a library manner using a questionnaire.
