جایگاه تروریسم در سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده آمریکا و پیامدهای آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

تروریسم از ابزارهای مورد استفاده آمریکا در سیاست خارجی برای  کنترل بازیگران، منابع و فرآیندها بوده است. موضوع این تحقیق  نشان دادن الگوی رفتاری آمریکا در قبال دول غیرهمسو به بهانه مبارزه با تروریسم، نشان دادن هرگونه تلاش آمریکا برای جلوگیری از تثبیت موقعیت منطقه‌ای  ج. ا. ایران است.در این رابطه سوال تحقیق این است که جایگاه تروریسم در سیاست خارجی آمریکا چه پیامدهایی بر امنیت ملی ج. ا. ایران دارد؟ فرضیه تحقیق این است که بعد از 11 سپتامبر؛ راهبرد سیاست دفاعی و حمله  پیشدستانه و پیشگیرانه آمریکا در قالب تقابل با تروریسم بین الملل با اتخاذ راهبردهایی چون خاورمیانه بزرگ، محور شرارت، عملاً به تشدید فشارها، افزایش روزافزون تحریم ها،تقابل های نیابتی، گسترش ایران هراسی است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که ج. ا. ایران با توجه به رویه سیاست خارجی مستقل ومواجهه گرایانه با امریکا همواره به عنوان مانعی در راستای سیاست‌های توسعه طلبانه این قدرت‌ها و حامی و متحد منطقه‌ای آنها بوده لذا همواره ایران در راس تهدیدات امنیتی و منفعت طلبانه این قدرت‌ها قرار داشته است. این قدرت‌ها همواره درتلاش برای بحران آفرینی و تضعیف قدرت مرکزی ایران درداخل برای کاهش نقش آفرینی ونفوذ آن در مسائل منطقه‌ای بوده و این هدف به بهانه  مبارزه با تروریسم همواره از خود نشان داده‌اند.

terrorism has been one of the tools used by america in foreign policy to control actors, resources and processes. the subject of this research is to show the pattern of american behavior towards non-aligned countries under the pretext of fighting terrorism, to show any attempt by the united states to prevent the stabilization of the regional position c. a. it is iran. in this regard, the research question is what are the consequences of the position of terrorism in american foreign policy on national security c. a. iran has? the research hypothesis is that after september 11; america’s strategy of defense policy and pre-emptive and preventive attack in the form of confrontation with international terrorism by adopting strategies such as the greater middle east, the axis of evil, is actually intensifying pressures, increasing sanctions, proxy confrontations, and spreading iranophobia. the research results show that c. a. due to its independent and confrontational foreign policy, iran has always been an obstacle to the expansionist policies of these powers and their supporter and regional ally, so iran has always been at the top of the security threats and self-interest of these powers. these powers have always been trying to create a crisis and weaken the central power of iran inside to reduce its role and influence in regional issues, and they have always shown this goal under the pretext of fighting terrorism.
