طراحی الگوی توسعه دیپلماسی فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر نقش زبان و ادبیات فارسی

تبیین مساله: یکی از ابزارهای مهم دیپلماسی فرهنگی زبان و ادبیات می باشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر طراحی الگوی توسعه دیپلماسی فرهنگی ج. ا. ایران در قبال کشورهای فارسی زبان با تاکید بر نقش زبان و ادبیات فارسی بود. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه صاحبنظران و کارشناسان در حوزه دیپلماسی فرهنگی و روابط بین الملل بود. روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود که در مجموع 16 مصاحبه انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده شد. یافته ها: در کدگذاری باز در مجموع 62 مولفه شناسایی شدند. در مرحله کدگذاری محوری، این مولفه ها در قالب شرایط علی (عوامل فرهنگی-تاریخی، مولفه زبان و ادبیات فارسی، و عوامل سیاسی)، عوامل زمینه ای (عوامل زیرساختی، مالی، قانونی، انگیزشی، و سیاسی-فرهنگی-اجتماعی)، عوامل مداخله گر (عوامل بیرونی و درونی)، راهکارها (22 راهکار)، و پیامدها (7 پیامد) قرار گرفتند. در مرحله کدگذاری نظری، مدل نظری تحقیق طراحی گردید. نتیجه گیری: در صورت اجرای صحیح دیپلماسی فرهنگی، پیامدهایی مانند توسعه نفوذ فرهنگی و سیاسی، توسعه روابط تجاری و اقتصادی، و همچنین کم اثر کردن و یا بی اثر کردن تحریم‌های بین المللی بر علیه ج. ا. ایران قابل انتظار است. بنابراین، اهتمام در توسعه دیپلماسی فرهنگی ج. ا.ایران در قبال کشورهای فارسی زبان توصیه می شود.

designing a model for the development of cultural diplomacy in the islamic republic of iran with emphasis on the role of persian language and literature

cultural diplomacy plays a very important role in international relations. one of the important tools of cultural diplomacy is language and literature. however, few studies have designed a model for the development of cultural diplomacy in the islamic republic of iran, emphasizing the role of persian language and literature.objective: the purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of cultural diplomacy of the islamic republic of iran towards persian-speaking countries with emphasis on the role of persian language and literature.method: the research method was qualitative. the statistical population included all experts in the field of cultural diplomacy and international relations. the sampling method was purposive and a total of 16 interviews were conducted. grounded theory was used to analyze the data.results: in open coding, a total of 62 components were identified. in the axial coding stage, these components were assigned in the form of &causal conditions& (cultural-historical factors, persian language and literature components, and political factors), &contextual factors& (infrastructural, financial, legal, motivational, and political-cultural-social factors), &intervening factors& (external and internal factors), strategies (22 strategies), and consequences (7 consequences). in the theoretical coding stage, the theoretical model of the research was designed.conclusion: if cultural diplomacy is implemented properly, consequences such as the development of cultural and political influence, the development of trade and economic relations, as well as the reduction or ineffectiveness of international sanctions against the islamic republic of iran can be expected. therefore, efforts in the development of cultural diplomacy of the islamic republic of iran towards persian-speaking countries are recommended.
